1. Description of Work - General General information about the project (the work) Example: The described work, consist of re-locating the Fire Protection System (FPS) at the central warehouse, which has interferes with the shelves and walkway in the mezzanine. The pipes to be relocated are specified in the attached drawing. The contractor shall supply the personnel, materials and equipment required to modify fire system.

2. The Work includes: What shall include the work. Example: 1. Field survey for work identification (measurement in the field). 2. Dismantle the pipeline that has interference 3. Supply all the material needed to do the work. 4. Adjust the existing FPS, to accommodate new pipe location. 5. Reinstall the pipes at the new location 6. Paint the line

Any changes in the scope of the project will be managed between the client and the contractor. 3. Description of Work Specific Specific description for the work. Example: This Project consists of the FPS modification the Central Warehouse, which main pipes and branches interferes with the shelves and walkways. The system is constituted by pipes of 6, 4, 2- Sch. 40, 2- Sch 10, 1- Sch. 40. Welded and Victaulic fittings. Changes shall be: a. The main pipe 6 and 4 inches respectively will be relocated to a higher point at the center of the warehouse, to avoid the interference with the top of the shelves. b. The branches of 2- with sprinklers will be relocated to reduce the proximity with the shelves and the walkway. c. The pipe of 1- next to the door will be removed from the current location and placed behind the columns, keep it away from the walkway on the mezzanine.
