Banks Sensei Class Updates & Changes: *Evening Spinning is only Thursday in July, but it starts earlier ~ enjoy a great evening calorie burn! *For your Tuesday morning calorie burn come and try Zumba Fitness. *Deep Stretch Yoga Dates are July 9th & 26th. *Self defense is back every Saturday in July. We need 6+ people for class to take place. Sign up or pay in advance at the front desk, only $18 for some simple tools that could save your life. *All green writing is paid group training sessions, $10 per person to join in the fun. Look for sign up sheet at the front desk for additional TRX sessions with Jean.
