It is recommended to install celum on a dedicated 64 bit server without any other application running on
the same hardware.
Please note:
note You must have permission to install and execute additional third-party software packages
(OpenOffice 3.2.X, GhostScript 9.04, Oracle JDK 6).

SMTP server and account settings to allow sending of server generated

number of concurrent uploads
average file size
maximum file size
estimated total amount of data
characteristics of data access
other applications on the same hardware

A typical celum server hardware setup might be:

Disable any HTTP filters such as web washers, virus walls, caching proxies, etc. that might
interfere in client/server communication or assure that these services are properly configured.

4 Antivirus Software
Antivirus software greatly decreases the performance of celum applications. Antivirus software
that intercepts access to the hard disk is particularly detrimental, and may even cause errors
with celum applications. You should configure your antivirus software to ignore the celum
applications installation directory and any database-related directories.

auto-login or remembering the last position in the folder tree
Image download is activated
Animated Gifs should be activated (Image-loops in Mozilla, Image Animation
in Internet Explorer)
Window resizing is activated (Mozilla)
Right Mouse click for scripts is activated (Mozilla)
Javascript should be allowed to raise or lower windows (Mozilla)
Cache settings are set in a way that documents are checked for up-to-date on
every access
