RESPONSIBILITY :
Monthly Planning of raw Materials Based monthly schedules. Monthly Planning of bought out items and releasing the schedule to Vendors.

 Prioritising the purchases based A.B.C. categories. Collecting data input daily production report and working out the daily production plan in line with customer requirement. Daily workout of materials shortage report. Daily workout of expected production volumes from available inventory. Month end Physical inventory comparison with System Inventory. Procurement of Raw Materials ( HR Sheet, CR Sheet, MS Tubes use in company). Procurement of BOP ( Sheet Metal Parts, Rubber , Plastics, Electric , Machining parts, etc). Procurement of Cutting tools (Drills Bits, Taps, cutting Wheel, Grinding wheel, etc) Procurement of Consumable ( Diesel, Lather Gloves, Knitted Gloved, Goggle Safety Items). Maintaining optimum inventory of materials based on the demand and supply situation. Releasing the Purchase Order & Monthly Schedules to Suppliers as per requirement. Proper Follow Up with Suppliers & Transporters for timely & quality delivery. Follow up Indents for consumables & other materials and placing Purchase Orders. Development of new Vendors Follow up with vendors for Performance. Co-Ordination with Accounts Department for clearance of Vendor Payments. To keep controlled documents records for use of purchase department.
