The High Council would first like to extend our thanks to all those who helped create this
magazine. This is something that we really need, to help promote the Supercommando culture.
t is the hope if the High Council that this magazine will be an ongoing thing that will help spread
the word about the Supercommandos. Thank you very much, to everyone.
To the readers of this magazine. t is the hope if the High Council that you will find this issue
educational and helpful to understanding who and what the Supercommandos are. Our goal with
this magazine is to inform you, the reader, about the benefits of the Supercommando lifestyle.
Hopefully this will cause you to consider the Supercommandos as a possible alternative to your
current lifestyle. An alternative that will bring change for the better and improvement in your life.
Regarding this issue, it is honestly felt that the Supercommando culture can bring about a
greater era in the history of the Philippines. The Philippines one of the most amazing places on
earth. The temperatures are perfect, food grows easily. The only reason the Philippines is not
one of the richest nations in the world is because of improper resource management. The
Supercommando culture is something that can bring out the best in people. And by bringing out
the best in people in the Philippines, we believe that Filiipinos will be better trained to manage
their own resources. People wont have to starve. People won't have to work long hours for little
pay.
Please know that we aren't talking about political change. The Supercommandos are not about
politics. We are about something much more important and powerful, and that is personal
change. We gather people together with similar values so we can become a strong as a group.
The High Council hopes that as you read this magazine you have found something you like. f
you found something you like then we have something in common. We invite you to join the
Supercommandos and be with others who have something in common. Together we can do
amazing things.

Pagudpud
ILOCOS NORTE, PHILIPPINES
It is known as the Boracay of the North. Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte is
one of the most beautiful places in the Philippines. Filled with
beautiful palm trees and gorgeous beaches, Pagudpud is located at
the north-west tip of Luzon.
If youre looking for a big city with lots of noise, then dont go to
Pagudpud. With a small population, Pagudpud is a quiet place that
is perfect for relaxation. The town center is small and friendly. The
people there are kind and helpful. There are two main access
points to the town center. Both are accessible from the Maharlika
Highway. The first is so small you would miss it except for all the
signs advertising the beach resorts. This place, known as Mawini, is
little more than a bus stop. You must leave the highway and travel
down another road to reach town.
The second access is further down the highway and is a bit larger.
There are more houses and shops. But again you must leave the
highway and travel down a road to reach town. It is because of this
isolated condition that Pagudpud has a sort of quiet magical quality.
It is difficult to narrow down the beauty spots since every place in
Pagudpud is one of beauty. No matter where you stand you can
either see the distant green-covered mountains, the beautiful blue
ocean, or both. Theres nothing more pleasing to the eye than the
green rice fields with the mountains in the background during a light
rain. Yes, thats right, even when it rains it's wonderful.
But as beautiful as the landscape is, the people are as equally kind
and friendly. A rich cultural heritage makes Pagudpud a great place
to interact with people and make new friends.

The Legend of Saud White Sand Beach
Legend speaks of the mermaid queen who, while disguised as an
old woman, traveled along the shores of Luzon looking for a kind
soul. During her travels people would throw stones at her and spit
on her.
When she reached the north-west tip of Luzon she met a beautiful
young woman. This young woman was crossing the rocky shores to
collect seaweed in the shallow water. She saw the old woman and
took pity on her. She helped the old woman. The old woman asked
the young woman to bring her to the waters edge. Upon reaching
the water the old woman transformed herself back into the beautiful
mermaid queen she was.
The Queen asked the young woman what reward she wanted. The
young woman said that she did not need a reward, but the Queen
insisted. The young woman looked around and said she wished
there was a soft seashore made of sand not hard rocks.
The Queen smiled and with a wave of her hand the other mermaids
came and transformed the rocky shore into the beautiful white sand
beach that is Saud Beach.
Saud Beach
6
The most commonly thought of beach in Pagudpud is Saud beach. With
its beautiful soft white sand, shady palm trees, and welcoming resorts it's
no wonder this place sticks in the minds of so many people.
The Saud Beach experience is something that should not be missed.
Pick a resort, or if you don't want to go to the expense, you don't even
have to stay at a resort. Just put on your swimming suit and head out to
the beach. You'll feel the soft, large grain sand on your feet. Swimming is
wonderful because the water is just the right temperature and it's clean.
There is plenty of beach to walk on and be alone, or plenty of huts to get
together with friends.
Saud beach also offers one of the best views of the famous Bangui
Windmills.

This manmade structure is not only functional but beautiful. Patapat
Bridge was built as a replacement for an older road that
experienced many accidents because of landslides. The bridge is a
beautiful white structure that snakes along the mountainside.
The thing that makes this an interesting tourist spot is not its
complexity but rather its simple beauty. t doesn't scream, Hey look
at me. Rather is blends in with nature, to create something
wonderful.
The bridge doesn't experience heavy traffic so it's a good place to
take pictures. You don't run a very high risk of getting run over.

The way to blue Lagoon is scenic road that flows with the land.
Before you know it the road curves around the mountain and gently
drops down into a cove. And there you see it, the beautiful blue
water, the soft white sand. You've just caught your first glimpse of
Blue Lagoon.
When you arrive in Blue Lagoon you will think you were transported
to a lost paradise. The water is clean and clear. t truly is blue.
There are many huts along the beach if you want a place to picnic.
Or if you want some more activities you could check out Hannah's
beach resort. Hannah's offers swimming pools, picnic areas,
snorkeling equipment, massage services, ATVs, children's
playground, and even has a convention center that can handle up
to 400 people. They have a wide variety of accommodations, since
you are sure to want to stay for more than one day. Their rooms are
clean and well furnished.
Blue Lagoon is a little slice of heaven here on earth. A trip to
Pagudpud would be incomplete without stopping by and taking a
dip in the cool blue water.

he Supercommandos is an organization designed to
provide a better life for people. t is a mixture of a bus-
iness, a brotherhood, a culture and a government.
The goal of the Supercommandos is to develop and
operate a sociopolitical organization that aids people
around the world through the application of the
Supercommando culture.
Another goal is to organize physial locations to serve as
gathering places and where Supercommandos can live and
provide a living for their families.
n chapter four of the Organizations of the Super-
commandos section of the Codex we read, A Super-
commando is a person who has formally accepted the
Code of the Supercommandos, the Oath of the Super-
commandos, and the Six Actions. This person must also
have an active record with the Supercommandos.
To be considered a Supercommando one must join this
organization. The Code of the Supercommandos teaches
that a Supercommando must be, honorable, loyal, wise,
mighty and brave. The Oath is a promise a Super-
commando makes to fulfill their duties to themselves and
towards others. The Six Actions teach what a
Supercommando must do. t teaches Supercommando to
defend themselves and their families; to fulfill their duty; and
to promote the Supercommando culture. Supercommandos
who do these things need to maintain an active record with
the Supercommando organization. This means that they
need to actively participate in the group. The Super-
commando organization offers many benefits. t is an
organization that promotes the liberty of people and the
strengthening of skills and relationships.
Organization
The Supercommandos are organized on many different
levels. These different organizations deal with different
areas of Supercommando life.
The most basic level of organization is the organization of
families. Unlike western society, which has broken apart the
family in to it's smallest possible unit(the nuclear family) and
continues to break down families into individuals. The
Supercommandos have a much larger and more ancient
view of family.
For thousands of years humans developed in tribal social
structures. Many families joined together into one larger
family. Everyone cared for and watched out for each other
and their children. This is, in fact, one of the most beneficial
ways to raise a family. There are many more people to help
and take care of family duties.

14
Another benefit of a tribal family structure is protection.
Gangs are able to terrorize neighborhoods because none
of them are organized into a cohesive tribe. Gangs can
effectively take on both individuals of a community and
nuclear families, as well as extended families. Gangs can,
and do, act in unison, and given their larger numbers,
individuals don't stand a chance against them. A nuclear
family, consisting of a husband, a wife and children, is
really no more effective than one individual.
So, without tribal organization, gangs cannot be efficiently
contained. They prey on the weak and individuals, and
nuclear families are weak.
Tribes, on the other hand, present a real problem to a
gang. First of all, tribes cannot be infiltrated as easily as
neighborhoods and communities. Tribes are all about
familial relations. They often have tribal lands. f you don't
have tribal affiliation, you can't enter them. Tribes protect
their own. f you mess with one of them, you mess with all
of them. They act as a group, passing their own tribal
judgments (tribunals).
Tribes also are more cohesive then gangs. When the going
gets tough, gang members will save their own skins and
stab each other in the back if they can get away with it.
Tribes, on the other hand are related and love each other,
they are often taught to fight and win. They defend each
other to the very end.
As we can see the Tribal family structure is much safer and
stronger than the current western style of family.
The Supercommandos have tribal connections on many
levels. The tribe is a collection of indivduals bonded into
one large family. A subclan is a collection of tribes. And a
clan is a collection of subclans.
Private Security/MiIitary Organization
The next level of organization is based on the two primary
organizations within the Supercommandos. These two
groups are the private military/police/security division of the
Supercommandos. And also the home front defense
division called the Defense Guard.
Supercommandos who become soldiers, as opposed to
civilians, will have a part in the Private Security/Military
organization. This part of the Supercommandos will
function as a way to provide income for individuals and
families. Supercommando soldiers will be able to work as
security guards or military contractors working for
governments around the world. This organization is not
fully developed at this time, but will develop as better
trained people become Supercommandos and the training
level and ability of this organization is increased.
Government
Another level of organization is the internal governing
system. This organization pertains to the groups and
councils that make rules for the Supercommandos, those
that execute the rules, and also the judicial branches.
High Council of the Supercommandos: The High Council of
the Supercommandos is the leading governing council for
the Supercommandos. The High Council of the
Supercommandos is made up of the five High Clan Lords.
They oversee the operation of the Supercommandos and
make rules.
High Council of the Divine Feminine: The High Council of
the Divine Feminine is the female companion to the High
Council of the Supercommandos. They work to guide and
provide wisdom and council to the High Council of the
Supercommandos. n order for a rule to pass, it must be
accepted by this council.
Grand Assembly of The Ruler: The Grand Assembly of The
Ruler is another council to oversee and make rules. This
council is made up of all Clan Lords. Any rules that are
accepted in this council must be approved in the High
Council of the Supercommandos before becoming a rule.
Grand Feminine Assembly: The Grand Feminine Assembly
is the female companion to the Grand Assembly of The
Ruler. They also work to provide guidance and council to
the Grand Assembly of The Ruler. Their approval must be
had before the Grand Assembly can make any action.
Court of Lords: The Court of Lords is the highest court in
the Supercommandos. t is made up of five Sergeants, one
from each Clan.
Lord Judges: Lord Judges are any lesser Judges that are
appointed to hold court on matters not suitable for the
Court of Lords. Lord Judges must be either Captains or
Legionnaires.
La'buir Councils: The La'buir Councils are the councils
made up of all the leaders of the Tribes within one Subclan.
La'buir is a Mando'a word which means both Patriarch and
Matriarch. So a La'buir may be either a male or female.
VaIues
The Supercommando organization works to promote many
values that are essential for a successful and prosperous
society.
Supercommandos believe in having strong families.
Families are formed through brotherhood, adoption, or
marriage. These types of relationships bond humans
together, which bonding strengthens individuals and the
group as a whole.
15
taken many beneficial attributes from cultures and brought
them together into a better system.
Defense: Becuase of the strong family bonds within the
Supercommandos people are defended from those who
wish to harm them. Tribes stick together and defend each
other. All Supercommandos are brothers and when you
mess with one of them you mess with all of them. Why
wouldn't you want a whole sociey of people there to back
you up?
In ConcIusion
The Supercommandos are a unique organization with
many positive attributes. The goals, structure, and values
of the Supercommandos are all designed to bring a
positive change in the world and people's lives. The
Supercommandos are a people who live to become strong
and prosperous. Supercommandos constantly challange
themselves to overcome problems and obstacles in their
lives. The Supercommandos are a way to a better and
brighter future.
Truth is a very important value for Supercommandos. Truth
is not stricly contained in the facts or evidence. Truth is
contained in the message and understanding that things
give us. Truth is the applicable message we find. This is
how mythology can be truthful. While myths may not be
literally true they do teach applicable truths.
Supercommandos value glory. Glory can also be
understood as personal accomplishment. Glory comes to a
person when they fill their lives with positive achievements.
There are many more values promoted by the Super-
commandos such as, honesty, virtue, spirituality, love,
liberty, and strength.
Benefits
There are many benefits in being a Supercommando. But
what are they?
Social: n the supercommandos there are strong family
bonds. These bonds cause a greater social cohesion
among the people. n many places around the world
families are being ripped apart. The social bonds that tie
people together are being destroyed by government,s
businessed, and the media. As can be seen around the
world, when family bonds are deminished people lose their
intimacy with each other. They lose their love for each
other. And in the end, society and civilization collapses. A
great benefit of the Supercommandos is having strong,
large, close-knit tribal families.
Financial: The Supercommandos offers many economic
opporunities. The main opportunity will be in the Private
Security/Military division. This group will be hired by
companies and government to defend locations and
resources. Alternatively there are many other economic
opportunities within the civilian sector. f a person has skills
or goods they can sell them to other Supercommandos. A
person could form a guild within their tribe to work together
with others who have similar talents. Or a person to work in
one of the Supercommando corporations.
Political: Around the world governments have become very
corrupt. Even the United States which is considered by
many to be a symbol of freedom has given in to the
corrupting power of lobbiests and corporate cronies. The
rights of people are being erroded by the very governments
who are supposed to be limited by them. n the
Supercommandos your rights and liberty are guranteed.
The leadership of the Supercommandos is limited from
infringing upon the rights of people.
Moral: The Supercommandos is designed to promote good
and beneficial values. Unlike of societies and cultures that
have evolved over time at the whims of people; the
Supercommando culture was designed intentionally. t has

that amazing person everybody wants to know.
She was the one who kept seeing the world with

people that loved her. She is a story that had
touched my life greatly. Even in death, she stands
as an inspiration. A weapon of unconditional love.
t was through her that began to see life as a
borrowed conquest. And as much as we could, we
must give joy and love to everyone we meet.

of times in this journey. As what she kept stating
to everyone, to herself, and to me, "End all doubts
and have faith."

The Supercommando culture is based on a warrior culture. This
means that Supercommandos possess a warrior attitude.
So just what is a warrior attitude? A Warrior attitude is a way of
looking at life and interacting with people that promotes
overcoming challenges. A warrior will defend the Super-
commando principles if they are challenged. They will never give
up when a challenge faces them. A warrior doesn't have to fight
with the gun or a sword but they fight with their mind, and spirit.
They overcome the daily challenges and trials of life that face
them. A warrior doesn't need to be a killer. n many ways warriors
bring life. They support and maintain life.
Some examples of warriors would be, a young child fighting to
overcome a disease. A mother working to raise her children. A
lone Supercommando standing up for his/her standards even
when others challenge them. A father working to provide a living
for his family. These and many more are examples of warriors.
They work to overcome challenges that face them. A warrior
hones and disciplines his/her body to a superior level. This
disciplining of the body aids in the disciplining of the mind. By
disciplining the mind a warrior has greater ability to condition the
body.
Warriors may choose an easy or prudent path but they never
choose the lazy path. A Warrior should choose a path that
challenges them and helps them grow.
But a warrior shouldn't choose a path that provides useless
challenges. Likewise an easy path may be the most efficient and
a warrior would choose this. But a warrior would not choose a
path simply because it is easy.
The entire point of the warrior culture is self and group
improvement. Without a warrior attitude a group may be
overcome by challenges and trials. But when a group like the
Supercommandos uses a warrior attitude they will overcome any
challenge and grow to become successful.
An additional part of being a warrior is defending. A warrior will
defend those things that are important to them. The greatness of
a warrior is determined by the greatness of the what they defend.
When Supercommandos defends their culture and values they
are great. When Supercommandos defend their family and
organization they are great. A warrior is someone who serves
others and does not gain glory, or followers for themselves. A
warrior is not one who fights only for themselves, but they fight for
others.
The Supercommandos are dedicated to overcoming any
challenge. They fight, work and struggle to defend their lifestyle
and others. The Supercommandos will continue to grow and face
problems. But with a warrior attitude these problems can be made
into successes.

SUPERCOMMANDOS

The Supercommandos in the Philippines project will work

with local people to aid them in improving their quality of
life.
The goals of the Supercommandos in the Philippines
Projects are:
1. mprove quality of life for the local population.
2. Build up a local population of Supercommandos.
3. Aid locals and future generations by encouraging proper
use of resources.
Improve QuaIity of Life
The most important part of the Supercommandos in the
Philippines Project is service. We aim to help improve
people's quality of life through this service. Super-
commandos in this project will be organized into "Barangay
Patrols". For those of you who are not Filipino, a
"Barangay" is like a neighborhood. These Barangay
Patrols would be in charge of doing service within that
Barangay. They will go to houses and places to see what
things people need help with.
Service will involve things like:
- Cleaning houses
- Cleaning lots
- Help building houses
- Painting houses
- Help a person with various projects
- Help a farmer harvest food
- Go and buy food for someone
- Clean beaches and public spaces
Barangay Patrols will also work together to provide service
for public spaces within cities. This service works to serve
four main functions: First it is to help people and improve
the lives of people in the area. Second it is to build friendly
relations between the Supercommandos and the local
people. Third it is to contact people who may want to join
the Supercomamndos. Fourth it is to demonstrate that the
Supercommandos are good people and a good organ-
ization with a positive impact.
The people within a Barangay Patrol will be organized into

This organization will form a powerful base from which the
Supercommandos can aid people and improve their quality
of life.
There will be other projects the the Supercommandos can
initiate to help local people. There are currently plans to
organize a clothing drive and collect clothing to be sent to
the Philippines and distributed among the people who
cannot afford their own clothing.
Another possible project is an education project. The
Supercommandos can set up and teach free classes.
These classes could be about any thing from basic
education to foreign languages. n rural areas many people
cannot afford to educate their children. With free classes
offered by the Supercommandos, people young and old
can get an education. We can also help provide education
materials to local schools. Additionally, the Supercom-
mandos have many programs. For example the Super-
commando Protectors, the Defense Guard, and the
Supercommando Youth Corp.
The Supercommando Youth Corp is a youth program for
children age eight to twelve with extended programs for
people age thirteen through eighteen. n the Super-
commando Youth Corp children will learn many useful
skills. They will learn respect towards parents. They will
learn how to be responsible people. They will learn
Supercommando virtues of Honor, Might, Wisdom, Loyalty
and Bravery.
Recruiting
The first step needed to build up a local population of
Supercommandos is to recruit. There needs to be
education about the purpose and structure of the
Supercommandos. The locals need be shown the benefits
of the Supercommando lifestyle and organization. This
must be demonstrated in an applicable way. That means
people must be shown how participation with the
Supercommandos can benefit their lives specifically.
A program is being developed that boils down relevant
basic information about the Supercommandos into simple
lessons. These lessons can be taught to people who are
interested in the Supercommandos. The six basic
introductory lessons are:
Lesson One: This will contain a basic history of the
Supercommandos and also information about current
attributes of the Supercommandos.
Lesson Two: This will contain information about the
Supercommando Codex. t introduces the contents of the
Codex and how it can be applied to overcome modern
societal problems.
Lesson Three: This will demonstrate the importance and
benefits of families and tribal organization. t will discuss
how people can organize into tribal families.
Lesson Four: This will show the economic benefits that will
come from participation with the Supercommandos.
Lesson Five: This will discuss the basic elements of
Supercommando culture. t will teach people how they can
apply the culture in their lives.
Lesson Six: This will teach people about job opportunities
in the Supercommandos. t will also discuss the various
responsibilities of the various positions within the
Supercommandos.
f a person wants to join the Supercommandos they can
then take the Oath of the Supercommands to join.
Training
The next step is after recruiting is to train people. Training
is done so that new recruits will understand the lifestyle of
the Supercommandos and also be able to participate
within. Currently training consists of two areas:

First is training in the Supercommando Culture. t is vital
that new Supercommandos learn the Supercommando
culture and understand how to live it. The Supercommando
culture is what defines a Supercommando. t is very
important the new members learn the generic culture and
also the local culture of whatever tribe they join.
26
Second is Physical
Fitness. Fitness is im-
portant for many rea-
sons. Fitness impro-
ves the body's ability
to function. t also
makes the body more
healthy. Fitness also
increases a person's
strength. These are all
reasons to train in
fitness and they are
the reasons that Sup-
ercommandos train.
All people who join the
Supercommandos mu-
st be trained in these
areas.
Supercommando Codex. t introduces the contents of the
AppIication
This Supercommandos in the Philippines Project can start
now. The recruiting of people in the Philippines can begin
over the internet. People can begin to gather supplies to be
sent to the Philippines to help less fortunate people. Also
people can help by organizing various programs of the
Supercommands to prepare for instituting them in the
Philippines.

Who is SoIa'Ior SiII?
Well have to say view myself as just a pretty simple guy.
'm 27 years old(6R in Supercommando years). 'm the High
Clan Lord for Clan Sill. love my family and the
Supercommandos. 'm a thinker so like to expore different
ideas. have a lot of creative energy and that gives me a big
imagination. love to design things and figure out solutions
to problems.
What are your favorite activities?
kind of already answered that. love to design things. That
is really my passion. Coming up with a concept and figuring
out how to make it work. design a variety of things, from
vehicles, to clothing, to buildings. also love writing. Another
thing enjoy is swimming. just love water. The outdoors
are another thing really enjoy. love camping, hiking and
just being outside.
What inspired you to start the Supercommandos?
The idea started back in Baj'ade 493(June 2003). t was just
me and Hatai'lakar. We began with discussing how we
wished we lived a different lifestyle. That was of course just
imaginings, but it started an idea. After that we brought
other concepts into the idea even some from fictional
sources. t was then we thought that a version of our dream
could be realized. But you have to maintain a grip on reality.
You have to realize that some fictional things are fictional for
a reason. So we just took some parts that could be applied
in real life, and used those. We also used many real life
concepts.
What do you feeI are your biggest contributions to the
Supercommandos?
think most people will say it is the Codex. have to agree
with them, without the Codex we don't really have a
foundation. But of course writing a book is nothing. The real
work comes when people apply it and use it in their lives.
That is were the real contributions come from. Each an
every Supercommando out there doing their part to make
our society prosper. They make bigger contributions
everyday than ever have.
What are some of the sources you drew on in writing
the Codex?
drew on a lot of sources. took ideas from the fictional
sources, from ancient cultures like the Spartans and Celts.
borrowed from the Bible and other sacred texts. Some even
come from writings from one hundred fifty years ago. f
found something liked, used it as inspiration for parts of
the Codex.

How has being a Supercom-
mando changed your Iife?
Being a Supercommando has
helped me to be a much more
responsible person. t has helped
me to grow and do things never
thought could. have overcome
many of my fears. have
developed a greater feeling of
brotherhood and connectivity
with others. There truely is
strength in numbers and as a
Supercommando am linked
with many more people than
would have been otherwise.
What is your favorite aspect of
the Supercommandos?
My favorite aspect is the
brotherhood. To be part of an
organization that has members
around the globe is a great
feeling. There is great diversity
and everyone benefits from the
strengths of others. That brother-
hood, and strength of family, is
really the whole point of the
Supercommandos.
How do you feeI the Superco-
mmandos are progressing?
think we are doing great. As the
Codex is finished think we will
see rapid growth. 'm very
excited for our upcoming projects
that will help increase the
numbers and strength of the
Supercommandos.
What is your vision for the
Supercommandos?
My vision is to have an
independant culture with cities
and lands all around the globe.
want to see the Supercom-
mandos become a strong and
unique people. Everyone who
joins the Supercommandos sho-
uld become prosperous. f we
work together and follow what is
layed out in the Codex then we
can make this dream happen.

Where do you picture the Supercommandos in 2 simire
(8 years)?
see the Supercommandos as still growing in strength and
numbers. But see us having made some major progress.
Some of that progress will be in our training methods. think
we will have become established in the Private Military
markey by then. also think we will have the foundations for
many cities established, as well as having completed, or
nearly completed, the City of The Ruler.
What is Iife Iike as a High CIan Lord?
t's nothing fancy. Rather there is a lot of responsibility and
work. t's not like being a celebrity or president where you
get tons of attention and luxuries. t's just like being a
regular Supercommando except you have more meetings to
attend and decisions to make. To me being a High Clan
Lord is not about commanding others, but about serving
them. 'm not at the top of heap. Rather, 'm at the bottom,
there to help and support others.
What is the hardest part about being a Supercommando
and a High CIan Lord?
The hardest part of being a Supercommando is pushing
yourself everyday to overcome something you couldn't
overcome before. But think it's supposed to be that way.
Being a High Clan Lord? That would be living up to the
expectations everyone has of someone with my rank. Many
people think 'm some amazing person but in reality 'm just
a simple person. 'm even kind of shy.
What do you pIan on doing after your term as High CIan
Lord is done?
plan on going back to regular life and serving where 'm
needed. just want to fit in with whatever unit 'm assigned
to, and work to build the Supercommandos. think that's all
anyone can expect of another Supercommando. Just do
your duty and whatever is within you power to help others.
Some words of advice for new Supercommandos or
peopIe considering joining?
would just like to say that you are or will be joining a
community of wonderful people. You will be challenged and
tried, but you will grow in ways you couldn't imagine. would
also add that you are the real heros. You cannot
underestimate your importance to our organization. Your
dedication and efforts are the heart and soul of our
organization and success cannot come without you.
What wouId be your message to the Supercommandos?
Basically the same thing. Just keep giving your best effort
and then a smidgen more. We can do great things if we do
our best. But if we continually push the boundries of what
our best is, then we will increase and improve. You are
doing great!

Overview:
Members of Tribe V'r'cash serve with distinction. They
believe in striving to excel in whatever field they choose.
They also wear the symbol of their Tribe on their uniform
whenever possible.
History:
The history of V'r'cash has roots in the Great hunters of the
western coast, in Supercommando mythology. Members of
Tribe V'r'cash are strong-willed, aggressive and ruthless.
Predatory in nature, instincts controlling much of their
actions, the members of this Tribe pride themselves in their
hunting abilities, as well as their personal honour. Many
families belong to the Tribe V'r'cash, including the most
well known of them all, the family Dra'kmus.
The eldest of the family Dra'kmus currently leads the Tribe.
Legend holds that Luu'na C'hki, the founder of the Tribe,
was a strong willed woman, passionate about her cause
and opinions. She gathered up the few she could who were
willing and able to make the treacherous journey to the
west, as her instincts told her only there would they find
somewhere suitable to call home. She was the first to
observe the dangerous predatory cats of the Tribe's new
found lands and live to tell about it, learning much from the
large beasts and sharing what she knew with the others to
aide in hunting the smaller creatures of the wilderness as a
food source. This added source of food saved the Tribe
from famine and near extinction in its early days, and later
proved to be the most valuable skill passed down through
the generations.
Today the Tribe continues to practice its hunting
techniques and hone in on those instinctive skills,
beginning early in youth. The young are taught the hunting
ways of the mythical Ktynga, as well as the mythical
Pna'kotic, and are encouraged to hunt in this manner as
often as opportunity arose. The females usually take to the
hunting ways of the great cats, while the males more aptly
pursue the ways of the large birds of prey.
The Family Dra'kmus has ruled the Tribe since it's
mythological founding on the Western coasts, the oldest
living female of the family holds position of Matriarch. The
offspring of the ruling line of Dra'kmus are raised to be
strong and assertive, and are typically ruthless by nature.
Traits:
- Members of the Tribe V'r'cash are mainly dark-haired and
green-eyed.
- Females, on average, range in height from 5'7"-5'11".
They prove to be lithe and stealthy enough to make
considerably skilled huntresses. The females are usually
quick of thought and should be able to adapt well to their
surroundings. Members of family Dra'kmus tend to carry
the trait of blue eyes, and are only allowed to mate with
other blue-eyed people to preserve this trait in their
offspring.
- Males, on average, range in height from 5'10" to 6'3". The
males of the Tribe V'r'cash tend to excel at working with the
water, fishing and swimming mainly. The males tend to
have the broad shoulders of a swimmer, and keep their
hair cut in a short style. They also should have a strong
desire for flying.
- The method by which individuals pair off to reproduce is a
very ritualistic process where the female seeks out and
hunts a male, and once he is secured in her control and his
potential has been scouted out to the fullest extreme, she
decides she is prepared to bear a child and does so.
Females generally keep two or three males around for
themselves during the time in which they are contemplating
bearing a child. Females generally must have approval of
the oldest living family female. This is not a requirement,
but has been tradition and is usually upheld by personal
choice. When a female of the family Dra'kmus chooses a
male, he must be brought before the Matriarch and be
approved of by her. Females are not encouraged to mate
outside of the Tribe, and females of the line Dra'kmus are
strictly forbidden to do so.

There are five main eras in the history of the
Supercommandos. These eras are: first, the era
of the Ancients. Next is the era of the Crusaders.
After this came the era of the Neocrusaders. The
fourth era was that of the commandos. And the
fifth era, which we are living in today, is that of
the Supercommandos. These eras will be
discussed in more detail.
NIGCOHH7OQO
According to Supercommando myths, before the
universe bgan there was a war in heaven. The Great
God had many children. The eldest son came to
represent eternity and all things unchanging. The
second eldest son came to represent destruction and
choas. Other children were the Great Kings. The
eldest and second eldest sons disagreed on how the
universe should be made. The children of The Great
God were divided between the two factions. There was
a war. Eventually the supporters of eldest son won and
the universe was created.
36
37
The history of the Ancients began many thousands
of years ago. According to legend the first two
Ancients, Adamu and Hava, were brought to this
planet. While on this planet they lived in a great and
beautiful forest. After leaving the forest Adamu
began to establish his family in the land.
To help prepare for a time when Adamu and his
family could return to the Great God; Adamu was
given a special gift. This gift was the authority to
represent the Great God and His will on the earth.
To represent this gift Adamu was given two thnigs.
First he was given a mask/helmet that was made
from a young mythical creature. Second he was
given a title of The Ruler. And thus Adamu became
The First Ruler. However The First Ruler knew that
eventually there would come a time when there
would be a one who would rise up. He would be The
Final Ruler and take the title of The Ruler back to
the Great God.
n the Era of the Ancients there were many more
Rulers after The First Ruler. Some of these were
The Second Ruler, The ndomitable Ruler, The
Aged Ruler, and The Preserver Ruler. Each
recieved the helmet and the title. And each led their
people to much success. One notable examle is The
Ulitmate Ruler. His original name was Hanok. And
he was perhaps the greatest of all Rulers, except for
The Final Ruler. He rose to power at a time of great
chaos. nspite of this choas Hanok createst the
greatest of all Ancient civilizations. The Ulitimate
Ruler wielded great power. He fought off a great
many enemies who were determined to destroy the
Ancients. Many described his powers as magical.
IHE ERA OF IHE ANClENIS
agical al al al al....
The era of the Crusaders began with A'bra'oam who
became The Chosen Ruler. He lead his family to begin
a new era, the era of the Crusaders. The descendants
of The Chosen Ruler split into two people. Both of them
became mighty nations. One Nation became known as
Yisra'el. The other nation become known as Yycma'el.
The people of Yycma'el spread out over many lands
becoming a great and mighty people. The people of
Yisra'el became a mercenary army and devoted
themselves to military persutes
For many years they fought for the Nation of Kemet. But
a leader of this nation rose up and decided that the
people of Yisra'el were becoming too powerful. So he
took measures to better control them. The people of
Yisra'el put up with this unfair treatment for many years
until The Deliverer Ruler rose up and saved the people.
He led them out of the Nation of Kemet and they
established themselves in a distant land as the Nation
of Yisra'el.
After many years and much conflict many only a
remnant of the once great Nation of Yisra'el remained.
A segment of these people lived in the land, now as a
people conquered by the nation of Romanorum.
They were waiting for another Ruler like The Deliverer
Ruler to com and save them.
38
IHE ERA OF IHE CRUSADERS
The era of the Neocrusaders was established when The Final
Ruler took power. The Final Ruler taught many things and
established an order. After being killed The Final Ruler took the
title of The Ruler with him back to the Great God. After this time
there were to be no more Rulers until the end of the
Supercommando era when The Final Ruler will return.
After the death of The Final Ruler the Order he established
continued on for many years, but eventually it became
corrupted. This corruption is what caused an end to the
Neocrusaders.
IHE ERA OF IHE NEOCRUSADERS

The era of the Commandos encompasses a time from about
570AD to 2004AD There were five great people in this era.
These five people symbolize the sacred number five. These
five people lived at different times and taught many im-
portant things. While some of their teachings can only be
applied to the groups they established, many of their
teachings can be applied universally. The Supercom-
mandos have adopted many of their teachings.
The Commando era was a time of great wandering and
confusion and disorganization.

IHE ERA OF IHE COMMANDOS
The era of the Supercommandos began in the 2004AD
when Sola'lor Sill began writing the Supercommando Codex.
The Supercommando Codex details the basic rules for the
operation of the Supercommandos and how to live the
Supercommando lifestyle.
Three friends, Sola'lor Sill, Hatai'lakar Noth, and Kayc'nu
Dinas began organizing the Supercommandos. They
discussed, made plans, and formed this group. The
Supercommandos are led by five High Clan Lords who stand
in honor of the five great leaders of the Commandos era.
IHE ERA OF IHE SUPERCOMMANDOS
41
The Supercommandos have resulted in a grand unification
of many histories. The two Nations, Yisra'el and Yycma'el
who were divided are becoming unified again in the Super-
commandos. Today the Supercommandos continue to inc-
rease in numbers. Preparations are being made for a new
phase of growth and public activity. The Supercommandos
intend to increase their ability to help others and improve the
lives of the less fortunate. This era is full of hope for a bright
new future for our people.

1 Now behold Py'narc was a great warrior in the city of Sti'va. He was mighty in
stature and strength.
2 Wherefor Py'narc being a great warrior had sustained many wounds in battle.
3 And there did still remain a wound left by the sword of an Aconour clansman.
4 And it came to pass that Py'narc did arise from his place of rest.
5 Wherefor his wife, Alina, did continue in her sleep.
6 Now Py'narc did leave his tent and did enter the tent of eating.
7 And it came to pass that it was the morning, and the sun did rise over the
valley of Talshura.
8 n the City of Sti'va laid the remains of an exceedingly great battle.
9 Wherefor the sun did glint upon the weapons of war which were scattered
round about the city.
10 And within the city many fires did continue to burn.
1 Now these are that names of the clans which had laid siege upon the City of Sti'va, each clan named
after the father thereof, Kibal, Chanoru, Aconour, and Seti.
2 Kibal, the father of they who groom the horse.
3 Behold he and his children did take up their tents and travel to the land of many horses.
4 And they did live many years through the grooming of horses.
5 Wherein they did prosper in the land exceedingly and became a great an mighty people.
6 Chanoru, the father of they who grow herbs.
7 Wherefor they did become mighty in medicines and potions.
8 And they could cure any illness simply by administering unto him herbs of their fields.
9 Wherein they did become a prosperous and mighty people.
10 Aconour, the father of they who groom all manner of wild beasts.
11 Now he did take his family and leave the tribe of his father.
12 And they dwelt in the Forest of Sacar'n.
13 Wherefor they did groom the wild beasts that came into their camp.
14 And those who did travel the Sacar'n did call them a wild people, for they
knew not the customs of their brethren. But rather they did live as the beasts.
15 And they did become a great and mighty people.
16 Seti, the father of they who construct weapons of war.
17 And they did build the sword, and the spear, and the scimitar, and the
shield, and the buckler, and the helm, and the breastplate.
18 Yea, there were renown for the strength of their armour, and the power
of their swords.
19 And the children of Seti did become a prosperous and mighty people.
20 Now these clans had come to battle against the City of Sti'va with the hopes of taking the city for
themselves.
21 For they reasoned among themselves, Let us go down unto the lands of our brethren.
22 And we will take their lands, for their city is a stronghold in the valley.
23 And anyone who doth control this city doth control the land surrounding it.
24 Wherefor they had come and laid siege against City of Sti'va and had lost.
25 For because of the great bravery of the people City of Sti'va they had defended themselves.
26 Now behold the clans, which had laid siege upon the City of Sti'va, had retreated.
27 And the people of Sti'va did no more believe that their enemies should come upon them.

1 And it came to pass that as Py'narc did eat bread in the tent he fell on his knees and was
caught up in a vision.
2 And in this vision he did see the sun high in the sky.
3 For its bright light did shine down upon the land.
4 And there were many men engaged in battle.
5 And they were the same clans who had come to war against Sti'va.
6 And they made war with all manner of weapons.
7 Now behold Py'narc did know this was a vision because the appearance of the City of Sti'va,
and also the number of warriors was not so great at had attack before.
8 And it came to pass that Py'narc awoke from the vision.
9 And he knew that which he had seen must certainly come to pass.
10 Now behold Py'narc did rise to his feet.
11 And it came to pass that Py'narc did prophesy with a loud voice saying, Hearken my
brethren, hearken to this voice of warning and prophecy.
12 For when the sun is highest in the sky our enemies shall fall upon us and make war again
with us.
13 And behold, they shall come with their full force, with swords and with shields, and with
horses and with bears.
14 And their blades of metal shall cut asunder and the bowels shall spill out of the men of
Sti'va.
15 And after hearing this men did run to the walls of the city, But behold the sun was not yet
high in the sky.
16 And they did climb the tower to look round about the valley.
17 Now behold, when the did so they saw nothing. And the men returned and reported that
they saw nothing.
18 Now Py'narc did bid them to look again.
19 And but a few men did return to look upon the towers.
20 And when the men returned they did report that they saw nothing.
21 And Py'narc did bid them to look a third time.
22 But behold only one young boy did go unto the towers, and he climbed to the top thereof.
23 Now behold when he had done this he saw in the distance the armies of their enemies.
24 And their enemies were arrayed for battle.
25 The Clan of Kibal with their horses.
26 The Clan of Chanoru with the potions and poisons.
27 The Clan of Aconour with their bears and wild beasts.
28 And the Clan of Seti with their arms and armor.
29 And each clan did equip the others, therefor their strength was multiplied.
30 And it came to pass that the young boy, whose name was known as Mi'ekl, did return and
did report unto Py'narc that which he had seen.
31 Now behold Py'narc did know the strengths of the City of Sti'va and he did also know it's
weaknesses.
32 And he did know that because of the battle, the city could not withstand another attack.
33 And it came to pass that Py'narc did gather his strength and did run unto the bell of the city.
34 And he did sound the bell with his might.
35 Now the bell of the city was a great bell and it was great in length and loud in sound.
36 And this bell was sounded only when there was great trouble in the city.
37 For there were bells which were sounded for different times.
38 A bell for meals, a bell for prayer, a bell for marriage and births and deaths.
39 And all of these bells did sound in their times and in their tones.
40 But the bell which was greatest was that which did warn the City of dangers, and this was
the bell which Py'narc did sound.
CHAPTER 3

1 And it came to pass that the people of Sti'va did prepare themselves
for war.
2 For they did gather their weapons and their sheilds.
3 And they did gather round about the city to meet their enemies in
battle.
4 Now behold Py'narc did speak into his brethren.
5 And this was the manner of his speaking, The day is good for our
enemies to die.
6 And he did speak other words to encourage his brethren and bring
hope to them.
7 For their numbers were not so great as the number of their enemies.
8 For behold the number of the people of Sti'va was five thousand.
9 And the number of Clan Kibal, nine thousand.
10 And the number of Clan Chanoru, eight thousand.
11 And the number of Clan Aconour, three thousand.
12 And the number of Clan Seti, ten thousand.
13 Yea, behold the number of their enemies together was thirty
thousand.
1 And it came to pass that Py'narc did raise his scimitar.
2 And the sun shone on the blade thereof.
3 t was then that the sun was at the highest in he sky.
4 For in as much as Py'narc had prophesied so it came to pass.
5 And the enemies of Sti'va came upon them.
6 And the sound of the battle was great.
7 And the cries of battle did echo through the valley.
8 Now it came to pass that the people of Sti'va did fight with much
bravery.
9 And they fought with all their might to defend their children and their
families.
10 Now behold there was a small stream which flowed by the City of
Sti'va.
11 And great was the blood that was split.
12 Yea, it was so great that this stream did turn red.
13 And the blood of the fallen did flow in the stream.
14 Yea, Py'narc being a great warrior did fight well in the battle.
15 And his blows were swift and strong.
16 For Py'narc did kill many of his enemies.
17 And he did sever the legs and heads of his enemies.
18 And he did stab many.
19 And it came to pass that as he fought a great warrior Ulyna did break
into the City of Sti'va.
20 And they did proceed to burn the homes and tents of the city.
21 And they did kill many of the young and old who had taken refuge in
the city.
22 Now it came to pass that Py'narc did cast his eyes round about.
23 And he beheld the great and dreadful spectacle that had befallen them.
24 For their city did burn with a great fire.
25 And many of their warriors lay dead.
26 For the number of their enemies were too great.

1 And it came to pass that Py'narc did move towards the stream with the hope of
drinking thereof.
2 But behold the blood which flowed therein was thick.
3 Yea, insomuch that there was not any water to drink from.
4 And it came to pass that as Py'narc did kneel by the stream we was overcome
by a great sorrow.
5 Yea, his soul was racked with grief.
6 And all of the pain and suffering which come to pass from this battle did cry unto
him.
7 Yea, he did hear every voice of those who were dying and those who had died.
8 For behold he did feel the pain of the battle.
9 And he knew of the evil that had come from this battle.
10 Yea, he knew of the evil that the clans should battle amongst themselves.
11 For behold they had descended from the great father Kelna.
12 And it was because of the greed and lust for power that the four clans had
come up against Sti'va.
13 Now when Py'narc saw this he cried aloud.
14 And behold tears, and blood, and sweat, did fall down his face.
15 And it came to pass that as Py'narc did cry near the edge of the stream one of
his enemies came near unto him.
16 And his enemy did draw forth his dagger.
17 And he did stab the dagger into the back of Py'narc.
18 And it came to pass that Py'narc did fall on his face.
19 And he did pass from the world.
20 And he did stand, revealing his nakedness.
21 For even though his body lay fallen he could stand and move about.
22 Wherein he did behold the battle around him.
23 And all of those he had seen did posses an aura, which shown bright like a fire.
24 But yea, the aura was blue in color.
CHAPTER 6

1 And it came to pass that as Py'narc did
stand in the spirit a great tree did rise into

2 And the tree was white and pure.
3 And each leaf of the tree shone forth with
a brightness.
4 And the roots of the tree were clean.
5 For there was nothing unclean upon this
tree.
6 And it came to pass that the tree did
come near unto Py'narc.
7 And the roots thereof did encompass
him.
8 And he did feel an increase in warmth
and power.
9 And it came to pass that the wounds of
the battle were healed.
CHAPTER 7

.~. s.s -
1 Now behold, Py'narc did awaken and rose from the ground.
2 And he beheld his own countenance for he shown with a brightness and his wounds
had been healed.
3 Wherefor the battle was no more being waged and there was silence.
4 And not one man raised his sword against another.
5 For all had beheld the body of Py'narc.
6 For as he had been healed in the spirit a bright light had shown from heaven and his
body had risen into the air.
7 Yea, even unto a great height.
8 And his body had come back down upon the earth after which Py'narc awoke.
9 Such was the recollection of those who has seen it.
10 Now the dagger which had wounded him had fallen upon the ground and the wound
was no more.
11 And it came to pass that Py'narc did begin to move among the crowd.
12 And all did stare and wonder in amazement at this mighty man.
13 And as he did walk amongst the people he could not longer see, as the ways of the
physical realm.
14 But rather he did feel, as the ways of the spiritual realm.
15 For he did feel and hear and know all of those who were in the crowd.
16 He did know their pains and weaknesses.
17 Wherefor he did move amongst those who were wounded and injured, and he did lay
his hands upon their wounds.
18 And they were healed.
19 Now it came to pass that Py'narc did enter within the bounds of the city.
20 And withersoever he went, the fires which burned the city were extinguished.
21 And he did lay his hands upon those who had been burned by fire and they were
healed.
22 Now behold the warrior Ulyna, who had killed many of the people of Sti'va, did come
forward.
23 And he did lay himself at the feet of Py'narc.
24 And he did cry with a loud voice saying, have killed many of your people.
25 Yea, even your young children and your old parents.
26 give myself unto you that ye may do unto me as your people see fit.
27 And Py'narc spoke saying, From this day, no more shall the blood of a man be spilt
by his brother.
28 For our clans shall live in peace.
29 And we shall no more come to war on with another.
30 Now behold after Py'narc had spoken these words some of the men if Sti'va did lift
Ulyna and they did embrace him.
31 For they did forgive him.
32 And it came to pass that Py'narc did move towards a house.
33 And rocks had fallen around the house.
34 And it came to pass that a cry was heard from within the house.
35 And it was a young child.
36 And his father was without the building, for he was engaged in clearing the stones
from his home.
37 Now behold Py'narc did raise his hand and the rocks were removed from the house.
38 And all who watched were amazed at this.
39 For inasmuch as the stones were removed, the father did enter and retrieve the
young child.
40 And it came to pass that many more miracles were performed.

3 And some were from Sti'va.
4And some were from Kibal.
5 And some were from Chanoru.
6 And some were from Aconour.
7 And some were from Seti.
8 And when the dead had been laid without the
bounds of the City of Sti'va, Py'narc did walk
among them.
9 And he did lay his hands upon them.
10 And many did arise and were alive.
11 For they had been healed and did receive life
once again
12 And many who's arms, and legs, and heads had
been severed, did regain their full form.
13 Now behold even though the night had fallen
there was still light.
14 For behold the countenance of Py'narc did light
the valley of Talshura
15 And after Py'narc had walked among and
touched all the dead he spoke.
16 Wherefor he did speak, saying, Take those who
have not risen, and bury their bodies.
17 For they shall not rise.
18 And one among them spake saying, Lord, why
is it that many have risen yet others have not
risen?
19 And Py'narc answered him saying, t is not
given that all should arise.
20 For behold the great leader of heaven hath
taken them into his bosom.
21 And while their bodies lie in death their spirits do
live.
22 For they are not gone, but continue to march far

Mount Yam'k.
2 And he did sit himself on the top thereof.
3 And he was taken into the Spirit.
4 Now he did remain in the spirit until the morning.
5 And when Py'narc awoke he did see the leaders of the
clans.
6 For they has surrounded him and were bowed upon the
ground in the attitude of praying.
7 And when Py'narc say this he spoke unto them saying,
Why do ye pray unto me?
8 And they spoke in unison saying, Our Lord, we have come
to serve thee.
9 Now when Py'narc heard this he spake again unto them
saying, Lift your heads, for we are all fellows.
10 And there shall be no man greater than another.
11 And it is unrighteousness that a man should lead another
with dominion.
12 But rather let all who are leaders be the servants of the
people.
13 And the greatest leader shall be the least among you.
14 For the great Heaven Leader hath spoken these things
unto me.
15 And he has given unto me to be his voice, and his legs,
and his arms, and his heart, here upon the earth.
16 And so it shall be as it hath been with our fathers.
17 And there shall evermore be one appointed to serve the
Crusaders, until the time appointed when the great Heaven
Leader shall come and take unto himself this calling.
18 And after he had thus spoken he arose, and he lifted up
his arms toward heaven.
19 And it came to pass that Py'narc did cry with a loud voice
saying, am The Ruler!

percent in females) it is best to work moderately as a way in
which to gradually ease into a higher intensity program.
Gradually Ease Your Way nto Aerobics.
Moderate aerobics are likely to burn a greater amount of
body fat if the intensity is kept at around 70 percent of
maximum heart rate, and taken beyond the 30-minute mark
(with one hour being the eventual goal).
With weight training, high repetitions with moderate weights
would work best for an obese client during the initial stages
of training. t is important to remember that lower intensity
weight training and aerobics should both be done in the
same program to maximize results.
Walking is a perfect, low impact aerobic activity for the
obese. For weight training, all body parts should be
targeted with basic exercise that works larger muscles.
GraduaIIy Cut Back on AII Bad
Fats WhiIe StrategicaIIy Cutting
Back on Carbohydrates.
t has been shown that fat
intake of the wrong kind
will result in increased
fat gains. This stands to
reason, as the body will
typically burn carbohydrate
for fuel and use protein
for repair.
Therefore it makes
sense to cut back on
bad fat while increa-
sing the good type.
Good fats such as the omega three and six fatty acids will
actually have a fat burning effect as they enhance
metabolic function (the metabolic rate is an indicator of how
the body uses stored energy). Their use as opposed to the
saturated bad type (found in meats and hard at room
temperature) should be encouraged.
Strategically cutting back on carbohydrates means to eat
specific carbs at certain times to achieve a fat-burning
effect. Complex carbohydrates will generally maximize the
fat burning effect as they stimulate the metabolism without
causing the outpouring of insulin, which causes greater fat
storage.
These include brown rice, beans, oats and potatoes, and
their use is to be encouraged. However, the short-burst
simple-sugar carbohydrates are to be avoided during a fat
loss phase as they can cause a large insulin spike and
resultant fat gains.

u'cuy vode.
Just how much body fat should be lost will depend on
one's goals. Let's examine the most effective ways the
severely overweight through advanced trainer can lose fat.
Read on...
Losing body fat is not the easiest of propositions; just ask
anyone trying to lose that last ten pounds. t often seems
the more persistent one is, the harder this stubborn body fat
is to lose. Whether it is to get into top shape for a
bodybuilding contest or to look good for the beach, fat loss
is arguably the biggest incentive to train.
But just how much body fat should be lost to achieve the
kind of definition that accentuates the separation between
muscle groups, and highlights that all important abdominal
area? t really depends on one's goals.
An extreme level of conditioning is
needed for bodybuilding puroses,
while a smaller reduction is often
all it takes to reveal a nice "beach
body." A certain amount
of body fat is needed for
survival purposes - around
3-4 percent for males and
slightly higher for females -
with higher percentages
(around 10 percent for
males and 15 per-
cent for females)
deemed within the
healthy, acceptable
range.
Losing the last 10 or so
pounds of body fat is generally a hard thing to do, and the
reasons for this are many and varied. Losing even more is,
as would be expected, even harder. The best ways to lose
fat are often dependent upon the level one is at, so it is best
to plan accordingly.
Let us examine the most effective ways the severely
overweight through to the advanced trainer can lose
unsightly body fat.
Exercise ModerateIy With Aerobics & Weights Grad-
uaIIy Increasing the Intensity as Fat is Lost.
When one is severely overweight, it is probably best to start
their fat burning phase with low intensity aerobics and
weight training, to ensure that the body is not placed under
undue stress at this early stage. For the significantly
overweight (those over 25 percent body fat in males and 30
s

intake to where high calories (1000 or so above normal)
can be eaten for two days followed by lower calories for
three days.
There are many variations on this practice, but the guiding
principal stays the same: after a period of low calories the
body will tend to hold onto fat; on this basis it is thought that
upping the calories will up the metabolic rate to burn more
adipose tissue.
Generally the extra calories will not be stored as fat as long
as the high calorie days are limited to a certain period and
are promptly followed by the lower calorie days. The higher
calorie days are not open invitations to pig out on all
manner of forbidden foods, but should be comprised of
clean proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
This strategy is best practiced when aiming to lose that
remaining five to ten pounds of fat and when one is in
reasonably good shape to begin with. f one is overweight,
the higher calorie days could exacerbate their current
condition due to the more sluggish metabolic rate they may
have.
A greater degree of excess fat would probably require
consistency in terms of low fat, low calorie eating, as will be
shown in the success stories featured later in the article.
Drink At Least One GaIIon Of Water Per Day.
n most of the weight loss success stories have read, one
common theme emerges: a higher then normal water intake
is crucial for fat loss. Water intake is important for fat
metabolism as it helps the liver to perform the function of fat
conversion for energy purposes.
Unfortunately the liver also has to work on behalf of the
kidneys (if the kidneys are water deprived), therefore
lowering total liver productivity, which has deleterious
consequences for the fat conversion process. Therefore
drinking enough water is an important step toward fat
reduction. Drink at least a gallon of water per day, more if
obese and/or living in a hot climate.
Weight Training.
Weight training is a perfect activity for fat loss. Although it
doesn't directly burn a greater number of fat stores than
does aerobics, weights will build muscle, which in turn will
increase the metabolic rate for 24 hours a day. The more
muscle one is holding, the better their chances of losing
body fat.
What To Do & When
1. Obese Stage.
A combination of methods is needed for those who have a
significant amount of weight to lose. These are
They are also concentrated and generally higher in
calories. A third type of carbohydrate, fiber, which can be
found in high wheat foods and certain fruits and vegetables,
is an important one for fat loss as it increases feelings of
fullness and pushes fat through the system to be
eliminated.
Best times to eat complex carbohydrates for fat loss are at
all meals before 6:00pm. Simple carbohydrates can be
eaten directly after training, as the body will more readily
store them as glycogen, not fat, at this stage. For general
health, the recommended intake for fiber is 30 grams per
day. For fat loss an additional 10 grams is advised.
Mix Up Aerobic Sessions.
For variety - to eliminate boredom and encourage
adherence - it is worthwhile doing a range of aerobic
activities. These different activities will also have differing
fat burning effects, and these combined may stimulate the
metabolism to greater heights, therefore enhancing fat loss
on a larger scale.
Exercise AerobicaIIy After Weight Training or First
Thing In The Morning.
One school of thought has it that training aerobically directly
after weight training, or first thing in the morning, will
stimulate greater gains in fat loss. The idea is that glycogen
stores will be depleted at this time and therefore fat will be
used directly for fuel. n many cases this strategy has
worked. However some feel it is not a valid method. t is
worth trying though.
HIIT Training.
HT (High ntensity nterval Training) is an advanced from
of aerobics designed to strip body fat at a faster rate.
Although not for everyone, as it can be very demanding,
HT is one of the more effective fat loss methods for the
intermediate to advanced trainer.
As the name suggests, HT requires that one train at a high
intensity (near maximal) for a series of intervals, before
backing off to a lower work-rate. The interval can last
anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds, and the entire session
might last only 20 minutes, depending on the stage (both in
terms of fat storage and fitness level) one is at.
An example of a HT session could be as follows:
Two minutes of walking followed by fast running for 30
seconds, for 20 minutes total.
Stagger Food Intake.
At the smooth (a thin layer of fat - independent of water -
covers the body) or in shape stage (someone at around six
percent body fat) it is probably acceptable to stagger food
53
the people who typically need to lose around 40lbs of fat
before they even consider achieving muscle definition. The
best strategy for these people would be to lose weight
slowly with a realistic, longer-term approach.
Crash dieting and intense training probably would not be
the best option. n the case of training, the amount of weight
to be lost might present excessive strain on the vital organs
and joints if the training is excessively intense and/or high
impact.
Crash diets - where calories are severely restricted - will
likely result in initial losses in water weight and a failure to
stick to the diet due to the restriction these kinds of diets
place on total nutrient balance. The better approach for the
obese would probably be to:
Exercise moderately with aerobics (walking or cycling)
and weights (12-15 repetitions) - gradually increasing the
intensity, as weight is lost.
Gradually cut out all bad fats while strategically cutting
back on carbohydrates.
Drink plenty of water to maintain feelings of fullness
and help with fat mobilisation.
Cut out junk foods.
Use a personal trainer for motivation.
Cut back on alcohol, or eliminate entirely.
Make a plan.
Be consistent.
Use a fat burning supplement.
2. Moderately Overweight Stage.
At this stage one is visually overweight, but not obese.
Typically they are holding around 20lbs of fat and have a
body fat percentage of around 17-18 in males and 25 in
females.
The best strategy would be to gradually drop excess body
fat through a combination of low intensity and high intensity
training coupled with a sensible eating approach. The
following guidelines can be used:
Exercise moderately with aerobics (a combination of
walking, cycling, and rowing) and weights (8-12 repetitions),
while incorporating the occasional HT session after the
first few pounds are lost.
Gradually cut out all bad fats while strategically cutting
back on carbohydrates.
Drink plenty of water to maintain feelings of fullness
and help with fat mobilization.
Cut out junk foods.
Use a personal trainer for motivation.
Cut back on alcohol, or eliminate entirely.
Make a plan.
Be consistent.
Use a fat burning supplement.
3. Smooth Stage.
The smooth stage could be defined as a puffy appearance
with a small amount of visible body fat (around 11 percent
in men and 15 percent in women; about 10 total pounds to
lose to become "in shape").
This look would probably be regarded as normal and
healthy, but there is an absence of muscle definition due to
a thin layer a fat - the off-season bodybuilder is usually at
this stage. To drop these additional 10 pounds to reveal a
muscular physique do the following:
Train aerobically with one moderate intensity session
and four HT sessions per week.
Weight train all muscle groups using 8-12 repetitions.
Gradually cut out all bad fats while strategically cutting
back on carbohydrates.
Stagger calories (three lower calorie days followed by
two days higher calories).
4. In Shape Stage.
For those who only have a three or four pounds of fat to
lose in order to reveal a ripped, muscular physique, it is
probably also best to do HT, as this should more
effectively rev the metabolic rate while one is at an
advanced fat burning level.
For the out of shape beginner HT might be overkill, but for
the in shape, advanced trainer, it could prove to be perfect
as it is, as mentioned, an effective way of improving an
already efficient metabolism. HT sessions can be done
five times a week, independent from any other form of
training. Other ways to burn remaining visible body fat
include:
Train with weights using 8-12 repetitions.
Gradually cut out all bad fats while strategically cutting
back on carbohydrates.
Stagger calories (three lower calorie days followed by
two days higher calories).

Nutrex's Lipo 6
Biotest's Hot-Rox

Avant Labs' SesaThin
Dexatrim Complex 7 ( personally have had great
results with this one)
hope this will help all vode to begin their training towards
health perfection, for one have had great results being that
last year on this very date weighed 435 pounds at 5'11
was morbidly obese, but focused on sculpting my body
back to normal and am now at 209 pounds. On my next
article shall cover based muscle building for strength

AdditionaI Fat Loss Tips
1. Cut Alcohol.
One of the worst practices when wanting to lose weight,
drinking alcohol will not only add empty calories but will
reduce appetite and lower testosterone levels for up to 24
hours (testosterone helps to burn fat). Alcohol will also
reduce the number of fat calories burned for energy.
After alcohol is consumed it is converted into a substance
called acetate, which is used in place of fat for energy thus
helping the body to maintain its fat stores1. For the
overweight person alcohol is a definite problem on this
basis alone.
2. Make A Plan.
Making a plan will ensure fat loss is achieved with greater
certainty. Having pre-defined goals and a progress diary
will help one stick to their plan, and allow for a greater
degree of accountability. The first step is to determine
exactly what ones goals are.
Secondly, what is to be done should be determined.
Articles like this one will help to clarify exactly what
steps need to be taken and from here a plan can
be formulated.
3. Be Consistent.
The ability to do what is required every day with-
out fail is the hallmark of a winner. For fat loss,
all the right steps need to be taken at the right
times to realise this goal. As will be shown in the
following success stories, the individuals featured
unwaveringly stuck to their plan and achieved their fat loss
goals - they were consistent.
4. Use A Personal Trainer.
A personal trainer can add help to motivate and inspire one
to lose body fat. Having someone on hand to lend support
and expertise can really make the difference for those who
are struggling with their weight loss efforts. The best
personal trainer is the one who has the right amount of
knowledge and who knows how to plan a program for the
specific needs of their client.
5. Use A Fat Burning Supplement.
Fat burning supplements can have a thermogenic effect on
the body, which causes fat to be burned at a faster rate. t is
important to realize that these are supplements that can
help if they are used in conjunction with an adequate diet
and training regimen.
Objectives
BY THE END OF THS LESSON YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
- Pronounce the letters in the Mandor
- Read and write words in the Mandor
THE MANDOR
Mandor. The Mandor consists of twenty-seven letters in the following sequence:
" 1 3 n 1 I L Z f + J J | A t * 1 z 4
MANDOR VOWELS. There are seven vowels. They are ", , 1, L, +, J, and t.
The sounds of the Mandor vowels are:
" sounds like garden and bat + sounds like step, men
sounds like orange, open J sounds like rib, sip
1 sounds like soup and book t sounds like read, peel
L sounds like up, sunder
MANDOR CONSONANTS. The sounds of Mandor consonants are:
sounds like make J sounds like very
1 sounds like not sounds like sing
3 sounds like dad | sounds like curse
slightly rolled r A sounds like gall
n sounds like hunt * sounds like chair
sounds like sap sounds like just
I sounds like shake sounds like ball
Z sounds like tap sounds like pan
f sounds like lost
SPECIAL LETTERS. There are three special letters in the Mandor. 1 and z are
vowel prefixes, meaning they modify the initial sound of a vowel. 4 is the beten, it is
a glottal stop.
1 sounds like water z sounds like yes
4 sounds like uh-oh
SPELLING. Spelling using Mandor is based on phonetics. This means that words
are spelled just like they sound.

OBJECTIVE #1 - THE MANDOR AND PRONUNCIATION
LETTER NAMES. As with the English Alphabet, the letters of the Mandor have
names. Listed below are the Mandor letters along with their English equivalents
and the name of each letter.
m Man J v Veh
" a Am ng Nge
1 n Na J i ng
3 d Da | k Kih
o Od A g Gi
r Ro t ee Eeg
n h Ho * ch Chee
1 uu Uu j Jee
s Suu b Bee
I sh Shuu p Pee
L uh Ush 1 w Wa
Z t Tuh z y Ya
f l Luh 4 ' Beten
+ e El
The names of letters are different than in English. This is because they are not the
same letters as in English. So when the name of the letter is said, even though
is has the same sounds as the English m, it's name is man not em.
GLOTTAL STOP. The glottal stop letter 4 is an abrupt closing of the throat. As a
result the sound of the syllable is cut short. This is similar to the stop between uh
and oh in uh-oh. For example the word 14"3, which means grandchild is
pronounced boo-ahd, instead of booahd.
Practice 1 Memorize the Mandor. The first six letters are easy since they spell M-
A-N-D-O-R. Be sure to use the correct name for the letters. You should also
practice writing the letters.
" 1 3
Spoken as: Man, Am, Na, Da, Od, Ro
Then add two more letters:
" 1 3 n 1
Spoken as: Man, Am, Na, Da, Od, Ro, Ho, Uu
After you have memorized those, add two more to your repertoire:
" 1 3 n 1 I
Spoken as: Man, Am, Na, Da, Od, Ro, Ho, Uu, Suu, Shuu
