Empowering youth program is that, any 5 modules of below mentioned proposed topic should be taken with 90 minutes session of each module. Each LOM to conduct 02 Empowering Youth Programs in a year for 100% Efficiency. Proposed Topics Goal Setting / Leadership / Decision Making / Effective Public Speaking / Time Management / Managing Exam Stress / Building Effective Relationships / Career Guidance for higher classes / Positive Mental Attitude / Know Thyself Power of Self Analysis ZONE LEVEL TRAINING EVENT : SPEECH CRAFT (LEVEL I) Residential workshop on presentation skills. Duration: 2 days ND/ZD Mar-Apr No. of center: All Zones No. of participants: Max 30 Min 25 Registration fees with accommodation: Rs 2000/Eligibility: One year Jaycee (between 18 40 years of age ONLY) with continuous membership as an ACTIVE /ASSOCIATE JAYCEE prior to the half in which the event is being held + participation in LOM or Zone Level EPS & CAPP/LAP.

No. of center: 12 No. of participants: maximum 30 (per Zone 15) Registration fees with accommodation Rs 7000/Eligibility: One year Active Jaycee with continuous membership as an ACTIVE JAYCEE prior to the half in which the event is being held + successful participation in Speech Craft.

FOR LOMS : To send the application with DD to NHQ 30 Days before the event. NHQ : To send the eligible list of participants to ZP immediately after the deadline. ZP : To select 15 eligible participants and send the list immediately to NHQ. NHQ : Will send the final list to Host & Pilot Trainers: Pilot faculty should be a National trainer duly certified by JCI India. Must be an Active Jaycee / Associate Member / Past NEC Member. One module of Parliamentary Procedures to be included in the works Assistance from JCI India: Host Subsidy: Rs 5000/- per participant from registration. All the guidelines for hosting must have been followed by the hosts and a certificate for the same must be provided by the Pilot Coach to avail of the subsidy. To Pilot: Travel max Rs 5000/-,(max. NATIONAL LEVEL TRAINING EVENT: NATIONAL TRAIN THE TRAINERS SEMINAR (LEVEL III) ND APRIL

Residential advanced training workshop to become a National Trainer. Duration: 4 days No. of Center: 2 ( North and South) No. of participants: maximum 30 Registration fees with accommodation: Rs 15,000/Eligibility: ZTWS graduate with min. 6 months experience after ZTWS graduation (assignments done as a part of Graduation Process wont be considered) and min. 50 hrs of training delivered. (Documents, letters, feedback forms etc. of each program will have to be sent to NHQ within 15 days of program completion. Must include action pictures of trainer along with audience and banner of host. Own Chapter programs wont be considered. Topics as mentioned in POA) +Three years Active Jaycee with continuous membership as an Active Jaycee prior to the half in which the event is being held. FOR LOMS :To send the application with DD to NHQ 30 days before the event. NHQ : Will send the final list to Host & Pilot Trainers: Pilot faculty (NT + CNT Graduate ) should be a National trainer duly certified by JCI India. Must be an Active Jaycee / Associate Member / Past NEC Member Assistance from JCI India: Host Subsidy: Rs 8000/- from registration. Provided all the hosting guidelines have been adhered to and a certificate for the same has been sent by the Pilot Coach. To Pilot: Travel max Rs 8000/-+ honorarium Rs 4000/- for the event Co Pilots: For two, travel max Rs 5000/-+ honorarium Rs. 4000/- for the event.

NALANDA -NATIONAL ACADEMY OF LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ND AUGUST 12-15

Exclusive residential training workshop to become efficient leaders. Possibilities to be explored to organize the event outside JCI India. Duration: 4 days Number of center: 1 No. of participants: Maximum 90 members, 5 International and 10 corporate. Registration fees with accommodation: For Active Jaycees Rs 8,000/Corporate Participants Rs 15,000/Eligibility: Active Jaycee with 1 year of continuous membership prior to the half in which the event is being held and preference to LOM President /Officer/Zone Trainer. Couples wont be allowed.

NHQ : Will send the final list to Host & Pilot Trainers: Pilot faculty should be a National trainer duly certified by JCI India. Must be an Active Jaycee / Associate Member / Past NEC Member Trainers: Faculty team consists of five members certified by JCI INDIA Assistance from JCI India: Host subsidy: Rs. 6000/- from registration. To Pilot + Four Co Pilots: travel max Rs 8000/- + honorarium Rs. 4000/- for the Event. Out bound Training if any, additional subsidy of Rs. 50000/- to be given to host subject to the submission of claims in original by Faculty. STUDY MEET The coaching team to be paid a travel assistance of Rs. 5000/- for the study meet. Study meets to be held at NHQ. ND DEC

Trainers Grid

To organize Trainers Grid / Meet during National Convention. This would help the trainers to upgrade their skills and make them more relevant globally and nationally. Guidelines to be made available by ND Training who will be the moderator of the Trainers Grid. Duration: 1 day (max) Eligibility: National Trainers and above. Registration fee Rs. 250/- payable to host. Must have registered for NATCON as well. Facilitator/s: Recommended by JCI INDIA. Trainers Task Force ND Training to formally induct trainers into the JCI India Trainers Task Force. ELIGIBILITY : Any National Trainer and above (JCI Certification holder) who is an ACTIVE JAYCEE / Past NEC Member / Associate Member. The TTF would be responsible for Designing the content for various topics as approved by the NGB of 2012. Training manuals, faculty guides, handouts etc in CD Format to be given to trainers who have been appointed as faculties by JCI India. Mentoring & coaching trainers whod be delivering this content Creating modules that would be industry-relevant and also helping in formulating a strategy to approach the industry with our training programs.
