Step by step protocol

Scrub
Scrub the whole body with large circular rubs, from the bottom to the top. Insist on rough areas (hell, knee, elbow...). Gently scrub the bust. The client turns over in order to proceed to the back and legs scrub. Rinse with humid and warm towels or gloves then dry with a towel, or bring the client into the shower cubicle. Preparation of Relaxing Hot Shingles

Prepare the Shingles before starting the Relaxing Massage: 1 bag = 5 shingles to realise by yourself Mix the bag of powder with 100 ml of warm water (28 C). Take the paste in your hands and model 5 Shingles. Smooth it with one or two pressures of PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL, then put them on the back of the client, on the relaxation points.

Relaxing massage of the back

Warm up regularly PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL in the OIL-HEATER*. The client lies on her stomach. Leave her back bare then put 1 Shingle in each hand of the client and leave the others on the sacrum, the middle of the back and the nape of the neck. Execute each movement 3 times around the Shingles. 1. Effleurages on each side of the backbone with your hands. 2. Grapefruit movements on the shoulder blades. 3. Circular movements with the thumbs on each side of the backbone, from the top to the bottom of the back. Then return with smoothing movements to the hands. 4. Smooth the lower back with opposed hands and return with smoothing movements on the sides to the hands. Take a Shingle in each hand (leave the one on the sacrum): 5. Smooth with the Shingles along the backbone towards the lower back. 6. Massage the shoulders. Realize smoothing movements in fir tree from the shoulders to the lower back. 7. Circular movements. 8. Replace the 3 Shingles on the back (sacrum, middle of the back, nape of the neck). Cover the back to leave the legs bare.

The client lies on her stomach. Leave the legs bare and leave 1 Shingles in each hand of the client, on the sacrum, the middle of the back and the nape of the neck. Then apply PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL to the legs. Execute each movement 3 times and go down stretching the leg and enveloping the foot. 1. Rotating movements xith fingers all over the leg. Return with classic effleurage. 2. Smoothing movements with crossed hands from the heel to the top of the thigh. Return using light effleurages with fingertips. 3. Light vibrations: rock the whole leg between your two hands. 4. Smooth the leg with your fists. 5. Bracelet effleurage 5 3 4 1 2

Repeat this movements on the other leg.

Make upward bracelet smoothing movements on both legs then return with effleurage.

Last step of the massage - on the stomach

Withdraw the 3 Shingles from the back. Leave the 2 others in the hands of the client. Cover the whole body with the towel and realise each movement only one time. 1. Upward cat steps all over the body. Return with small waves. 2. Pressures with fists on the sole of the feet. 3. Stretch the whole legs. 3 1 2

Relaxing massage of the legs Client lying on her back

The client lies on her back. Place the 3 Shingles on the relaxation points: under the navel, on the plexus, on the top of the chest. Leave the 2 others in the hands of the client. Each movement will be realised 3 times. 1. Envelop the foot. 2. Work on the top of the foot using apple breaking movements (smoothing movements from the middle of the foot to the outside). 3. Stretch each toe. 4. Rotating smoothing movements on the malleolus (ankle). 5. Smoothing movements on the plantar arch with thumbs ( 3 times), then with the fist ( 3 times), then finish with pressures. Repeat the movements executed when the client was on her stomach and go down stretching the whole legs and enveloping the foot: 6. Rotating movements with thumbs all over the leg, avoiding the knee. 7. Smoothing movements with crossed hands to the top of the thigh, avoiding the knee. Return using light effleurage with fingertips. 8. Light vibrations: rock the whole leg between your two hands. 9. Smooth the leg with fists. 10. Bracelet effleurage. 10 5 1 2

Repeat these movements on the other foot, then the other leg. Make upward bracelet smoothing movements on both legs then return with effleurage.

Leave the stomach bare. Leave the 2 Shingles in the hands of the client and position the 2 others under each shoulder. Keep the 5th Shingle for the massage. Each movement will be realised 3 times. 1. Clockwise circular effleurages with the Shingle. 2. Heavy pressure with the Shingle on the solar plexus. Put the Shingle above the chest. 3. Circular smoothing movements in figure of sun with alternated hands. 4. Large alternated bracelets from the sides to the middle of the stomach. 5. Return on the plexus, smooth under the ribs and finish along the ilium. 6. Press the shoulders then smooth along the arms to the hands.

Relaxing massage of the nape of the neck

Withdraw the Shingles from the hands of the client and take these 2 Shingles in your hands. 7. Smooth up to the nape of the neck. Put the Shingles to one side. Withdraw the 2 Shingles under the shoulders and take it in your hands. 8. Alternated smoothing movements on the nape of the neck. Withdraw the Shingles. The 5th stays on the sternum. 9. Nape of the neck stretching : position the hands in a cradleshape around the nape of the neck and take the base of the cranium with all fingers. Softly stretch. 10. Put the fingers in the Arnold hole and two others under the eyebrow, in the internal side of the eye. Realise a pressure stretching the neck. Withdraw the last Shingle. Smear the whole body with PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL. Wrap the client inside a warming blanket and let her relax during 20 minutes. Dry with a towel and apply the PEACH HYDRATING BODY MILK or PEACH SUBLIMATIING BODY DRY OIL.
