INTRODUCTION:
Now a days the consumer behavior is an very interesting subject to analysis. Generally the consumer buying behavior is like as an black box. Means that the consumer behavior is an unpredictable thing which can not able to explain further more. We can not explain what thing can be done in the minds of customer. So the analysis of consumer buying behavior is an important field of any organization to understand the various needs and demands of the customer. In an study of consumer buying behavior we can collect various information about the buying decision of the consumers. In that we can collect the data that why customer can choose an specific product. Before doing project or any work the first question will come in mind that is why we will do this project? The main purpose of doing this project is that to know the consumer buying behavior of nandan milk. with the help of this study ,we can able to understand the various needs and demands of the customer. The various requirements of the customer about an nandan milk.

Objective of Project :
1) To understand the major factors influencing consumer behaviour. 2) To understand how consumer make purchasing decision and respond to purchasing. 3) To know the consumers feedback towards the nandan milk. 4) To know the consumer preference for purchasing the milk. 5) To know the consumers satisfaction towards the nandan milk.

Sample Size:
The sample size of a statistical sample is the number of observations that constitute it. It is typically denoted n, a positive integer total 150 samples taken for analysis and interpretation.

Respondents and Survey Area:


Research himself will select the consumer of the nandan milk of the baramati resion.

Research Methodology:
The research method is the systematic process of collecting and analysis information in order to increase our understanding of the phenomenon about which we are concerned or interested. In other words research methodology is an endeavor to discover answers to intellectual and practical problems through the application of scientific method. In this study the primary data are used. The source of primary data is interview of the customers of nandan milk product. Tool for data collection: Questionnaire method and Interviewing method.

The basic and major tools used are the Statements, tables and diagrams.

Scope of Study:

To distinguish different consumer group and to develop products that satisfies the needs. To understand how consumer make purchasing choice among products / services. To know how consumers will respond to different product features, price, advertisement
appeals.
