Dear Mr. Santosh Kumar Panda, SUB: LETTER OF APPOINTMENT With reference to the interview, we have pleasure in offering you an appointment on the following terms and conditions: Appointment The appointment will take effect on your joining the company from 26th June 2012. Designation You will be designated as Visual Designer Location You will be based at our Deep Red Ink office located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh Compensation Your compensation on monthly basis will be Rs. 12000/Probation period You will be on probation period of three months from the date of joining. The period of probation will be liable to such extension, as the management may deem fit in its sole discretion. Unless on order in writing conforming service is given, you will not be deemed to have been made permanent employee. Duties and responsibilities You shall not give out to any one, by word of mouth or otherwise particulars or details of our technical knowhow, administrative / organizational matter of confidential nature

which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of you being an employee of Deep Red Ink Consulting Pvt. Ltd. You shall perform such duties and observe and confirm to such direction as may be assigned or communicated to you by the management or such offers who are placed in authority over you. You will also be responsible for control and supervision of the employees working under you. You will post, deploy and guide staff working under you and allocate duties to them responsible for maintenance of discipline amongst persons working under you. The management will be within its rights to allot you additional jobs. Termination of services Not withstanding any of the clauses of this letter of appointment, the management reserves the right to terminate your services on giving you one months notice during the period of probation and one months notice or payment in lieu thereof for the period subsequent to confirmation. Similarly, you shall be at liberty to resign from the service after giving one months notice during probation and one months notice or payment in lieu thereof for the period subsequent to confirmation. Duty hours You will be required to work eight hours a day and forty eight hours in a week Team work As a member of Deep Red Ink Consulting Pvt. Ltd., it is expected of you to follow the work guide lines, apart from shouldering a role that would be a model for your colleagues. Together with them you will work towards establishing a team spirit both within your unit as well as the entire organization.
