Review of contribution to team Review: My own personal performance was superb, before the event I turned up the venue 25 minutes early with to meet Danny for setting up the equipment, throughout the all the events the children maintained discipline and respected me and my sports leaders. The mixture of sport that I suggested was a huge success each of the coachs in my group approached there own specific event with enthusiasm and professionalism except for the Jack Cheshire because he turned up Late. I oversaw the events mainly and issued instruction to other sport leader quickly and clearly I was also clear in explaining the rules of my sport and helping others explain there while assisting in demonstrations. Danny made a very good contribution towards the events; he made clear the football section of the events and showed good skills are refereeing. He also undertook a on the sport risk assessment of the venue and found condensation arriving where the air vents were. Danny then made good decision on moving equipment between events, Overall Dannys contribution was great he made good decision and showed excellent coaching. Jack turned up late but he also make a very positive contribution to the events even though he did not know about refereeing handball he still quick to pick up the rules. He then also went on to set up the relays and explain the rules to the children also demonstrating the course and how many time they had to run back and forth. Nathans contribution was good, he kept scored for most events and also then turned his skills into timing such events, he made a conscious effort to motivate the children. He also led the warm up showing his good coaching skills he encouraged the children and got them to do dynamic stretches and cardio. Sam stood out as one of the best sporting leaders as he motivated the children at every event without being asked. He was a very good team manager and really got involved in the spirit of the events. When the children were failing to pay attention Sam stepped in and showed his authority. Reubens specialist skills with basketball made him a very good candidate for the referring of basketball. along with that he was given the change to time and score on several occasions and was impressive at doing so. Also as team manager he communicated to the children and encouraged them in a positive manner.

Organisers: Jack Robinson Danny OCallaghan Jack Cheshire Venue: Sport Hall Pre event organisation: Me and Danny turned up 25 minutes early to set up the equipment. We were assisted my Jamie and Liam. Me and Danny gave straight forward instructions to our assistants and we were set up ready for 8:45. During event management: I overviewed the event I gave the assistants appropriate jobs like timing and scoring we kept the results on tables on paper. We congratulated the teams on winning if they won and expressed the rules of each game clearly. At one point the children were taken to the old gym for basketball, after I explained that Alfie and Reuben would be mainly taking this session. I and Danny along with some assistants went to the sports hall to set up for handball and for relays so that there could be a smoothing transition. That was the key aspect of the day that there was good transition to create a professional approach. Event administration(scoring): The scoring was given to different assistants throughout the event so that all of them got a taste of different jobs. This was also the same case with the timing of each game that that everyone got a chance of it. Areas for development: The areas of development would be more organisations from all group members. Meaning that we all turn up on time and in appropriate kit. Also choosing events that the children have not done before would create a very positive and new approach to the events.
