All orders are acknowledged via fax or e-mail within 1 business day of receipt.

Setup Charges
There is a one time setup charge on new orders of $32.00 (g).

Paper Proofs
FREE. We do not charge for paper proofs. All orders are subject to proof approval prior to production. Exact repeat orders are not proofed unless specically requested on PO.

Shipping
Our primary shipper is UPS. However, if a dierent method of shipping is requested, please provide this information on the PO. Make sure to include the carrier and your account #. Please note, there is a $5.00 (x) fee for 3rd party shipping.

Virtual Proofs
FREE. We do not charge for virtual proofs. However, virtual proofs must be requested on the PO.

Over / Under Runs

We ship exact quantities specied on the purchase order. For custom items and colors, please allow for a 5% over/under run.

Cancellations
All cancellations MUST be sent via fax or e-mail and acknowledged by factory. A cancellation fee will be assessed only in the event work has been performed.

Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of order.
