1. This Admit Card is subject to condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature w ill be cancelled. 2. Check the particulars in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, is immediately reported to Examination Section, AIIMS. 3. You m ust bring a recent stam p size (2 cm x 3 cm ) photograph to be handed over to the invigilator. Write nam e and roll num ber on back of photograph. 4. DO NOT bring pen or pencil for w riting/m arking responses as it w ill be provided by AIIMS along w ith the Question Booklet. 5. Entry to Examination Hall is subject to production of Admit Card. 6. Cell phones, pagers, calculators or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Violation m ay lead to expulsion from the exam ination. No arrangem ents have been m ade at the centres for their custody. 7. Do not carry any article, except Admit Card, in the examination hall. 8. Do not attempt to give or obtain irregular assistance of any kind. 9. Do not mark or w rite anything on question paper. Do not put stray marks on the answ er sheet. 10. Any attempt to remove pages form Question Booklet is strictly prohibited and w ill be severely dealt w ith. 11. Copying or noting dow n questions is strictly prohibited. 12. Improper conduct w ill entail expulsion from the examination. 13. ANSWERING METHOD: For Answ ering Method, See Instructions on Question Booklet. 14. Change or cancellation of answ er once marked, is NOT permissible. 15. For each correct (MCQ) response, one mark w ill be aw arded. Zero mark w ill be given for questions not answ ered. Incorrect answ er w ill entail negative mark of -1/3 (Minus one-third). Any answ er having more than one entry w ill be treated as w rong answ er and aw arded negative marks. 16. AIIMS reserves all rights to verify identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb impression and photograph of the candidate or by any other means. 17. Preserve this Admit Card until completion of admission process. 18. Failure to comply w ith these instructions w ill entail expulsion/ cancellation of candidature or appropriate legal action. 19.
