SPECIFICATION II: On May 30. 1998. at approximately 12;15 8.m., Sergeant Irving Bradley Jr did conduct himself in such a manner as to engender discredit, ridicule and criticism to the Department., in that while being detained by members of the Rahway Police department, he became uncooperative and drive away. A pursuit ensued. and once apprehended at 1941 Rutherford Street, Rahway. Sergeant Irving Bradley Jr.,resisted arrest. As a result. Sergeant Irving Bradley Jr ~as arrested for: Aggravated ABsault on a PolIce Officer. Resisting Arrest. Obstructing the A~lnistration of Law. and Eluding Police.
