Summary
I am basically self motivated & simple person. I love my work and always ready to accept any new challenge positively. And I want to solve any issue in a simple way. Beginning of my career approximately 4 years, I was working in Textile Processing Floor (Bleaching, Printing & Dyeing). This is helping me to understand the process which I gained knowledge of my 4 years study on Textile engineering. This experience helps to challenge any process after review any production process. And dealing hundreds of people same time helping to develop my skill on leadership. After that I joined IKEA & working close to 6 years. This 6 years experience helps me a lot to gather knowledge globally by visiting lot of country (Sweden, Switzerland, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Japan, Germany ....). And help to identify my strength and work in a systematic way as an owner of any work. I am working from April'08 onwards for Redacts Asia Ltd as Merchandising Manager for Home & lifestyle department. As a Team leader make me confident on my decision making whole process.

My strength is to work on strategy & planning and sourcing in a cost effective way considering capability & capacity with sustainable social & compliance issues. Production & Sourcing experience helps to work on my strength. I am working to cover up major weakness. But I believe to work on strength that makes a person succeed to reach his goal. Thanks.
