Ingredients

1 small can sardines (in tomato sauce) 2 ounces misua (thin flour noodles) 2 tablespoons fish sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, minced 1 1/2 cups water 1 tablespoon toasted garlic 1 teaspoon scallion, chopped 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Cooking Procedure 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Heat a cooking pot and pour-in oil. When the oil is hot enough, saut garlic and onions. Add the sardines including the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Put-in fish sauce and ground black pepper then stir. Add water and let boil. Put-in the misua and cook for 3 to 5 minutes under medium heat. Turn-off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with toasted garlic and chopped scallions on top. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

1 medium sized Upo (White Squash) , sliced 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1 medium sized onion, diced

2 medium sized tomatoes, diced 1/4 lb ground pork 3 tbsp cooking oil 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Procedure 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil Saut the garlic, onions, and tomatoes Put-in the ground black pepper and ground pork then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes Add the Upo (White Squash), cover the pan, and simmer for 6 minutes Add salt to taste Serve hot. Enjoy!

Garlic Fried Rice


Ingredients: 6 cups rice, steamed 3 tbsp garlic, minced 2 tsp salt 3 tbsp cooking oil Cooking Procedure: 1. Combine rice and salt then mix well. 2. Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil. 3. When the oil is hot enough, put-in the garlic and cook until color turns brown and texture is crispy 4. Add half of the rice. Mix the rice well with the garlic while frying. (this is applicable for large rice quantities. If you are frying less than 4 cups of rice then you can put all the rice at once assuming that your pan is large enough to handle the volume) 5. Add the remaining half then cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is done. 6. Remove from the pan and place in a serving plate. Garnish with fried garlic on top.
