INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVE
To increase the number of fields in the Mini Upload Excel of the TPO module in order to increase the number of registrations from paid campuses and also increase the data captured through mini upload feature.

PROJECT IMPACT
The enhancement will have following impact: 1) The TPO can upload more information about the students in the batch in mini upload module 2) The student will not be able to change the details uploaded by the TPO as these will be prefilled and non editable in RESMAN form that the student fills after getting the registration mailer. 3) The jobs sent through the offline interface will go to the students basis the fields filled by the TPO wherever there is a relevant match between the JD and the student.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The Mini Upload feature in the TPO module will be enhanced to have more fields. The existing excel sheet for uploading candidates will have more fields basis the course for which the candidates are being uploaded. For the details common to an entire batch, a web page will be created which will capture the details common to the entire batch. The fields in this page will be Field Name Degree Type Values Dropdown UG/PG Dropdown list basis the course. For Dropdown UG/PG courses -> List for UG/PG respectively Dropdown List basis the course Fetched from Instt details, Non editable

Of all the fields, Marks in the Graduation Course will be the only field editable in the RESMAN form which the jobseeker can change after opening the RESMAN from the registration mailer. Other details will be non editable by the jobseeker.

Marks

When the excel is uploaded, the error scenarios are to be handled as in the bulk upload. After the student is uploaded by the TPO, the student will receive an intimation mailer about the same as it works at the moment. However, when the student lands on RESMAN for completing other details, the fields filled by the TPO will be non editable, except the Marks field for the course TPO uploads the student to. e.g. If the candidate is uploaded to the PG course, in the RESMAN, all the fields filled by the TPO will be non editable. The only editable field in this case will be the P.G. course marks.

Also in the offline interface, the eligible students count for the Job ID entered will be shown. This will not be implemented now but may be required later. This point is being mentioned to keep note of the fact that this enhancement has an impact on the offline job interface also.
