Supervise partner in actual installation and responsible for Ericsson 2G BTS, 3G Node B commissioning and testing. Responsible for transmission equipment installation, Traffic Node and OMS commissioning and testing. Responsible for integrating new sites of Aircel and also for site on air. Responsible for expansion of existing 2G cell site of Aircel. Responsible for swapping existing 2K series BTS with combo BTS. Responsible for Microwave link alignment, fine tuning of link to get planned Rx level. Responsible for E1 provisioning to integrate new sites. Hands on experience with Mini-Link craft and its various releases. Responsible for TN up-gradation. Enable SNCP and MSP features for link protection.

Hands on experience with FTP server for software up gradation. Responsible for replacement of faulty hardware modules. Responsible for alarm rectification and punch point clearance before site handover. Responsible for external alarm testing and alarm termination for customer. Good knowledge on Ericsson 2G BTS (Combo BTS and 2K Series) and familiar with Ericsson 2G BSC. Always try to troubleshoot technical issues and available 24*7 for technical support. Node B Engineer:

Project Coordination as a team member and always available for technical support to customer as well as field engineer. Supervise partner in actual installation and responsible for Ericsson Node B commissioning and testing. Responsible for integrating new sites of Vodafone 3G and also for site on air. Strong working knowledge of Ericsson 3G Node B (RBS 6K and 3K series). Installation & commissioning of Ericsson transmission equipment Traffic Node. Knowledge of Huawei transmission equipment and ECI MUX BG-20/30. Fast troubleshooting of faults and alarms of RBS and Traffic Node. Responsible for replacement of faulty hardware modules. Perform Hardware and Software up gradation/degradation during night activity and responsible for doing important changes in RF Parameter and BSS Parameter and perform license activation. Hands on experience with FTP server for software up gradation and license loading. Good working knowledge of CLI and GUI for RBS. Evaluate performance and functionality of Node B, responded to the trouble tickets and networks outages according to SLAs with customers. Sync and Media availability checking for new sites. Alarm rectification before On Air site declaration. Make Video call tests and functionality tests from individual sector. Familiar with network architectures, End to end call flows, Interface protocols (Uu / Iub / Iu interfaces (IuCS/IuPS), NBAP/RANAP/RNSAP).

OSS Engineer:

Troubleshooting for the issues related to OSS Platform, Fault Management, Software/Hardware Management and OSS applications i.e. OSS Network Explorer, SMO and Element Manager.
Responsible for Node B and DUW swap and also responsible for OSS operation for swap activity. Good working knowledge in OSS framework and knowledge about various MO commands. Responsible for addition and configuration of new sites in RNC, activating RF parameters to provide better throughput and better network coverage and capacity. Perform software up-gradation by SMO. Responsible for shell script testing and editing. Responsible for alarm monitoring and alarm rectification from RNC. Performed testing for hardware performance of Node B, responded to the trouble tickets and networks outages. Very Assertive management style, conjugated with experience on having been exposed to a vast number of different types of organizations and people.

Supervise partners in actual Installation, Commissioning, Integration, and Acceptance Testing for ZTE ZXSDR BS8800, ZTE ZXSDR BS8900. Installation & Commissioning of Ceragon Transmission Equipment and ZTE Mux. Complete engineering design for new telecommunication sites including Power/Local Alarms/ Grounding systems, equipment location/distribution on Site. Worked on STM-1 and provide protection for Network Survivability. Implementing E1 sharing concept to integrate more site using single E1. Doing the RFI for new Sites. Media loop Testing of E1/T1. E1 patching and media testing between BTS and iBSC. Site creation and Configuration in IBSC, Alarm monitoring. Check the Quality Installation and Performance before hand over to costumer. Make test calls and check important functional tests. Make sure site quality assessment is done according to project quality process. Responsible for SCFT and AT. Knowledge about Telecom infrastructure sharing concepts. Achieve, daily, weekly and monthly activity targets as set by the Roll-out schedule. Coordinating with infra agencies and vendors and vendor development. Monitoring the Installation and Commissioning progress for all the above Projects.
