Dear President Obama and Director Mueller:

Our country is a Constitution-based federal republic with a strong democratic tradition.
Because of that, we elect members from our citizenship to be first among equals for the term of
their office to both guide and lead our nation. Therefore, I am enclosing for your review, our
lawsuit filed and served against the United States and COA/ATS, as well as my letter to the
NACIQI that I personally provided for each member on June 25, 2012.

Mr. President, you stated, Transparency and the Rule of Law will be the Touchstones
of this Presidency. Early in 2009, the White House intervened in my mothers FOIA lawsuit
against the Department of Education and Secretary Spellings after my mother appealed to you.
Since then, we had to file three more FOIA lawsuits for records obstructed or destroyed by
Department employees preventing FOIA responses in total disregard for your Memo and goals.

The tort lawsuit is organized to facilitate comprehension of very complex facts and
allegations. We allege actions by specific government employees are unlawful, unconscionable
and heinous, extend beyond the standards of civilized decency, and are utterly intolerable in a
civilized society. Those government actions greatly damaged my life and the lives of my family.

The courts have recently cracked down on similar issues raised in our complaint as seen in
the Criminal trial of Monsignor William Lynn. [See page 54 - In direct opposition of others
within the Department, Margaret Spellings agreed that master degrees can only be earned and 81
accumulated credits previously paid for can only be retained if a student covers up school
unlawfulness and a "finger-banging, penis exposing evangelical pedophile" who was a married,
25-year-old, Biola University student and youth director in a Christian church. Of course, there
is also Jerry Sandusky and what Penn State did to cover for him.]

Director Mueller, please note the allegations and events involving Sandra Elman of
NWCCU and the AAEU (pp. 104-109) in fabrication of evidence and allegations concerning
internal governmental corruption, Civil Rights violations, and White-Collar Crimes with
Department personnel, ATS/COA, and three insurance companies.

Regarding our case, President Obamas first goal of FOIA transparency has now expired.
President Obamas second goal for his Presidency will now impact the outcomes of this case, our
lives, and the lives of over 50-million other students and their families.

We hope and trust that the U.S. District Court, the FBI, and the White House will uphold
the Presidents goal through the Justice Department with Rule of Law enacted in this case
regarding the damages perpetrated against usand the People. We look forward to resolving
this case in such a way to improve our nation.

No student and their family should have to endure the corruption being forced on me, my
son Joel, my ex-wife Susan and her family the Lord Bishop Donald Allister, Janice Allister,
MD., John and Rosie, my parents Carol and Dale and my extended family. This lawsuit, while
seeking damages regarding what we have endured, also aims to provide a citable case for the
welfare of the People.
