Public-Private Educational Facilities Infrastructure Act Proposals

This is a collection of Public-Private Educational Facilities Infrastructure Act (PPEA) proposals submitted to the Montgomery County VA School Board and Board of Supervisors. The proposals detail the plans for dealing with school construction subsequent to the collapse of the Blacksburg High School gym.
