Roy Jeffs is the son of Warren Jeffs - the infamous cult leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints who is currently serving life plus 20 years in prison after his conviction for child sexual assault.
 
The FLDS cult still practices polygamy as an offshoot of the mainstream LDS Church which "officially" abandoned plural marriage on Earth (it will still be practiced in the afterlife) in 1890.
 
Roy fled the FLDS cult three years ago, and his story has been featured nationally by such sources as CNN and The Daily Beast. He is now an open atheist living in Salt Lake City, and he joined us in-studio for a wide-ranging interview.
