The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to refine non-white people's problem-solving skills and to improve how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should promptly dial in with specifics.
