Mark Buckley is the current interim CIO for the City of Rochester, New York. He has worked in Information Technology for all of his 36-year career, including private industry with large companies like Eastman Kodak and United Technologies Corporation. Meghan Cook is the Program Director for the Center for Technology in Government. She leads innovation initiatives that build capability in public sector organizations and agencies throughout the world. Through a unique and collaborative process, Meghan works side by side with international, federal, state and local government leaders to produce new knowledge and actionable results.
