Bryan and Fiona’s journey began in 2016. Fiona was looking for value outside of motherhood and they both wanted more opportunities for their family to be together. Their friend owned a successful franchise and explained that if the Marsh's followed the clear and simple business plan, they too could have the business they’d been searching for. The investment was small, the risk was low, and the chance to work together from home was a dream come true. Fiona was excited to finally find a career that worked around her kids and one that Bryan could fit in while he continued to work at his traditional IT and tourism businesses. And, the whole family has seen the benefits of these simple changes. From their original group of 23 recruits, there were 8 motivated business builders. Thanks to the exponential growth model, their team has grown to over 1,600 people with over 5,500 customers!
