CaRoRa Consult is a wholly owned Ghanaian consultancy company. It was founded in Ghana in 2003 with a focus on driving the development of Ghana and the region through shared learning CaRoRa Consult has assembled a team of professionals and practitioners with extensive experience in:

Dr Nicholas Atampugre - Chief Executive

Founder and Chief Executive of CaRoRa Consult, Dr Atampugre has over 20 years of experience in the development industry He has held numerous senior positions at DFID-Nigeria, Agency for Co-operation and Research in Development (ACORD) and Panos Institute. He co-founded African Foundation for Development (AFFORD) an organization established to support Africans in the diaspora to contribute to the development of Africa

Dr Atampugre has also contributed to Camillo Atampugre - Director, Financethe growing literature on African development and civil society engagement

Camillo was appointed to the board of CaRoRa Consult in 2005 He holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Political Science from the Institute for Politics and International Studies at the University of Leeds He has over 5 years of experience in investment banking where he has focused on the Resources and Energy Sector. He has worked on a number of cross-border transactions and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) involving oil and gas assets located in emerging markets Camillo holds a Masters degree (MPhil) in Economics from the University of Cambridge (Clare College) and was awarded the Harold Speight prize for Economics by the University of Leeds where he obtained a First Class (Hons) BA Economics degree

Dr Emmanuel Abeere-inga - Director, Projects and Programmes


Dr Emmanuel Abeere-inga joined CaRoRa Consult in 2003 and was appointed to the board in 2005 He is a qualified civil engineer and project management specialist with extensive practical experience in large scale rural and peri-urban infrastructure designing, planning, costing, contracting, construction supervision, quality control and delivery He has held various positions at ActionAid-Ghana and the University of Manchester Dr Abeere-inga holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Civil Engineering and gained the Ogden fellowship

Nick Price - Associate Director, North-South Learning and Experience Sharing

Nick has been associated with CaRoRa Consult for several years. He was appointed to the board in 2010 to push the development of North-South learning and collaboration He is the Director of Organizational Advice and Support and brings over 30 years experience to CaRoRa Consult. His background includes working in small community organizations, in the public sector (Local Government and Health Service), in large national CSOs and in social enterprise development in the UK Nick has a deep interest in Africa with networks in West and Southern Africa
