Ultra Rich Match

Company Profile
Ultra Rich Match is a division of Ultra Rich Weddings Pvt Ltd. It is a startup company just 14 months old. It focuses on match making of millionaires. Complete end to end wedding solutions are provided by this company. Only HNIs are targeted as potential customers by Ultra Rich Match

Vision The goal that we have set out to achieve before the turn of this decade is to be the leader in the field of match making and allied wedding services by providing royal blend of end to end wedding solutions to the ultra rich.
The operational head of this company is Mr. Sourabh Goswami. The marketing head is Mr. Paritosh Kashyap.

Orientation
All the selected interns from various PG Institutes across India had to undergo a training program held in Ahmedabad. Our Internship Project of Promoting URM through digital mediaspace was given. Various regions and teams were formed. Also the evaluation system through the course of our internship was made known to us.

SIP
Bangalore was assigned as a region to me along with 2 other people. The work that we had to do in 45 days was broken into 3 parts of 15 days each. In the first 15 days, we were supposed to increase the visibility of Ultra Rich Brand by promoting it in digital media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.

Working on Facebook involved posting regularly on the wall of Ultra Rich Matchs official Facebook page and liking the posts of other members. We had a target to increase the number of likes on its Fb page to 2500 which was surpassed even before a month had passed. Twitter involved writing short blogs and reposting was others had already posted to increase the following and the number of followers to enhance visibility.

Working on LinkedIn included taking part in various discussions taking place on the page created by URM. YouTube workings involved posting a video, or getting a Video Testimonial by potential customers and posting them under the URM name to improve brand visibility.

The HR Phase
After the conclusion of first fortnight, we were instructed to recruit graduates from various colleges across our regions in the field of 1. IT/Digital Media 2. Blog Writers 3. Sales and Marketing Packages ranging from 5.5, 4.5 and 3.5 lakh pa were to be offered.

We chose Jain University, Jyoti Nivas College and Mount Carmel College in Bangalore to go so as to recruit individuals from the graduating batch. 10 people were selected. However, this was not the final selection. They had to take part in an All India Competition which included around 500 graduates, working from home, promoting URM the way we had done for 15 days.

After the completion of their competition, the best three people in the three categories they mentioned would receive a job offer from the company. We had to report daily to a monitoring team about our daily progress. The same way graduates recruited by us had to report to us in an excel sheet.

The Tie Ups Phase


After recruiting was completed, we had to focus on getting tie-ups with various other related companies. These included Honeymoon planners, Caterers, Jewelers, Hotels etc. After the initial contact and meeting, proceedings were taken care of by people in the Head Office.

If a Tie-up was agreed upon, we were alloted 25000 points. We as a team visited various companies and forwarded the proceedings to the head office. Travel king and Bhawani Jewelers finalized a Tie-up with URM.
Along with getting tie-ups, we were supposed to manage our team of 10 graduates, get them to report daily to us and help them if they needed anything

We would in turn send their report to the head office, where all the graduate reports were consolidated and uploaded for all of them to see where they stood in terms of points as the people in the top three points would receive job offers from URM. Thus, the evaluation process was a transparent one, visible to anyone to see where he/she stood, to point out the shortcomings and improve where needed.
