It is said that a Filipino is having the disease hourly or 120 Filipinos per million population per year
About whole population probably just died without recieving any treatment.
Objectives:
a. know the functions of our kidney b. how do our kidneys work c. what are the common diseases associated with our kidney d. gain knowledge on how to prevent kidney diseases

Improve lifestyle
Have a regular for of exercise, Walk 30 minutes 5 days a week. Relax and have plenty of rest
Eat a balanced diet of rice, vegetables, fish, and fruits and you cant go wrong.
Dont Smoke
Smoking slows blood flow to the kidneys
It can also cause Kidney cancer
Take in eight glasses of water a day, but this really depends on your age and condition.
If you are above 65 years of age, you may do well with just six glasses a day.
Limit eating at fast food restaurants and carenderia. Limit eating instant foods
Keep control of your blood sugar with the help of your doctor.
Drugs like ibuprofen and some other painkillers are known to cause kidney damage if taken regularly
Do not take over the counter pill regularly If for some reason, these drugs needed to be taken regularly, consult your doctor
Check your kidney function if you have one or more of the risk factors
