Why we need to change?

Square pharmaceutical is one of the establish medicine manufacturing company in Bangladesh. But, we have some competitor in the market. As a first competitor we consider Beximco pharmaceutical Limited. It is also an well establish medicine manufacturing company in our country. Both of our products are approximately some. But if we bring some change in our organization, we will be most leading company in the medicine market. Beside, our competitors are also conscious about us. They are following our Business strategy. So, we need to change in our management.

What type of change we need in our company

1. The following change, we are going to take. 2. Working environment change. 3. Technological change. 4. Increasing production. 5. Employee facility increasing. 6. Changing the marketing strategy

What is the decision regarding the changes

1) Working environment change:In our organization we want to change our working environment. Because, if the employee do not fell safety ness in their work field, the will not able to provide their best performance. 2) Technological change:-

Day by day technology is developing. So, we are also going to change in our organization technology. Because, if we change our technology. We will be capable to more production.

3) Increasing production:To fulfill our moment demand we need to produce more goods or service s. Because, If we do not fulfill our customer demand, we will loss our market. As a result, our profitability will be low. 4) Increasing Employment Facility:-

Employees are the one kind of driver of an organization. If the employee are not satisfied about there job. They will not provide there best performance. For this, we should provide motivation of them.

(5) Changing the marketing strategy Now, a days, all markets are competitor each other. So, we will change our marketing strategy. If we can do it our and we can achieve the fixed customer. It will be good for our organization.
