Job Summary The TeleSAM Specialist is responsible for work activity related to the SAM license reviews. This role will interact directly with the clients global small and medium-sized customers and will be responsible for value-added SAM license reviews. The TeleSAM Specialist will ensure the license review activities drive the business objectives by reducing the number of under-licensed customers and maximizing license revenue, as well as best representing the client as a trusted partner to their SMB customers. The reviews are focused on ensuring that the customers are complying with the companys licensing agreements and providing guidance on software asset management.
Qualifications Masters Degree Working knowledge of IT and software Key Responsibilities: Influence customers via phone/email to participate in SAM license review Analyze and refine Parent Child relationships of targeted customers Utilize the clients licensing knowledge to answer questions related to filling out the DS Summary and discrepancies in LOP (License Ownership Positions). Coordinate with internal licensing group to answer questions and prepare LOP. Follow up with customers to ensure they have filled the gap in license positions
Capture accurate, detailed notes of discussions and arrangements and send follow up information as requested/required Data entry in the companys database with customer information Meet individual productivity / sales targets Be proactive and innovative with ideas to continuously improve collection-related processes, services and deliverables to the client Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy; collect, progress and escalate high quality dispute information as required Support Process Improvement efforts and contribute to a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution Collect information for use in root cause analytics for missed operational metrics, elongated cycle times and productivity degradation Contribute to direct planning, control, monitoring and reporting of significant program events that impact delivery milestones Provide project status reports detailing key accomplishments, risks/issues and mitigating action plans Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with clients and Accentures requirements; provide collections statistics and reports Ensure self and team mates up-skill business and/or functional/technical knowledge
