A dedicated and seasoned professional with 18 years and 8 month of extensive experience in Manpower Management, Projects Management, Manufacturing management , Plant Management, Development, Design, maintenance, Quality, and Safety. During 18 years: Built 3 green field float lines (500 ~ 700 TPD) 1 Architectural and Automotive Plants at AIS INDIA Provided utility engineering to more than 10 projects in China, Russia. Maintenance of 2 float lines in AIS India ( 1994 to 2001) Shift manager: Handling entire process line along with product shipment in AIS India. Around 150 person per shift man management (2001 to 2004) Handling Of Projects in AIS India (2004 to 2007) 600 TPD Green field in Yanbu Saudi Arabia (2007 ~ 2009) Cold repairs of 600 TPD Float line Jakarta Indonesia. (2010 ~ 2011) Presently working on designing 600 TPD cold repair of existing float furnace and container 180 TPD furnace. Jakarta Indonesia ( 2012 ~ 2013).

Expertise in determining companys mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives; successful management of the entire operations with focus on top line and bottom-line performance. Schedule bound progress and completion of project. Strong in Discipline & Time Management Adroit in conducting regular evaluations of project achievability, availability, quality assurance, continuous improvement, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing, training, succession planning and cost management. Adhere the local government body requirement for setting up project and operational requirement. Rules vary from location to location , thus need to go through local authority guide line . Float glass India ,now known as AIS float glass. AIS is producer of float glass, architectural glass, Mirror and automotive glass. AIS have following lines: 2 Float lines 500tpd , 700 TPD at Taloja and Roorkee respectively 4 lines of architectural and automotive glass. AIS has 85 % of OEM market for car windshield . (May 1994 to May 2007)
Pony Technologies, now known as Pony International. Pony International is a sister concern of Mulia Glass Industries Jakarta Indonesia. Mulia Pony International Shanghai Pony Technology.

Mulia is a Float glass, container glass and Glass block producer. Pony International is a wing of Mulia who provide the Technical know how & EPC for float glass, container glass, glass blocking, fibre glass, Rolled glass. This company cater international market other than China. Shanghai Pony Technology providing all services what pony international provide but for China Market only. (May 2007 till date)
