Portable compressors Piston compressor 0.75kW-420kW 1.5- 414bar Screw compressor 4kW -250kW Rotary vane compressor 1.1kW-45kW 1.4m3/min-25.5m3/min
Hydrovane compressor is a unique rotary vane principle, the Hydrovane compressor is directly driven by an Eff1 energy efficient electric motor.
Aircentre - Combined compressor and dryer the HV04 to HV07 Range (4-7.5kW) is also available as an integrated compresssor and dryer, a compact ready for operation packaged Aircentre.
The rotary vane series is available as 7.5 kW-37 kW and covers a FAD of 0-200 cfm
HVRS series Hydrovane compressors includes 'Supersoft' controlled start and stop.
LF Aircenter - Integrated compressor and dryer range that covers a range of 7.5 kW22 kW (1.14-3.46m3/min)
The range is available in 50kW(39280 cfm),75kW(65-431 cfm) and 128 kW (92-692 cfm)
The CompAir LSR series compressors incorporate a variable speed switched reluctance drive system.
Compair are now offering a oil-free offering with the introduction of a new range of
water-injected single screw compressors. Designed for applications where there is a need for high-quality 'active' air - air that comes into direct contact with the process it serves. The series is launched with 15, 22 and 37kW models. Free air delivered at 7 bar g is 2.53 m3/min 6.04 m3/min. A reverse osmosis membrane cartridge filters the injection water entering the compressors.
The R-series are available with oil free cylinders for applications where oil cannot be tolerated in the air or gas being compressed. Extended piston rods have non-lubricated packings and self lubricating PTFE piston rings run in corrosion resisting austenitic iron cylinder liners.
The R series compressors can use a variety of power sources, including high or low voltage motors, steam turbines or diesel engines via either direct coupling or belt drive. Speeds can be adjusted to match compressor outputs for any specific requirements. The entire range can be water cooled with air cooling also available on certain models.
The CompAir breathing air compressors have a strong reputation with fire brigades, dive schools commercial filling stations, military and navy alike. Incorporated into fully silenced cabinets and meeting all major world wide survey and certification requirements the CompAir breathing air quality exceeds BS EN 12021 and BS 4275. Optional integral or remote charging panels with independent charge and vent outlets can also be supplied.
Marine Compressors
Reliable marine compression systems There's only one thing more impressive than the quality and reliability of our marine compression systems, that's the conditions that they have to work in. Across the globe on warships, submarines and merchant vessels from every nation, you will find CompAir compression systems hard at work. Our unique range of seawater, freshwater, and air cooled high and medium pressure air and gas compression systems comply with all internationally recognised approval standards.
Marine Compressors
Main engine and auxiliary starting air Typically all navel and merchant vessels, to comply with marine regulations require at least two compressors for main engine start. Our range of small footprint, easily maintained and user friendly reciprocating compressors offer flexible and versatile solutions. Emergency starting compressors totally independent from all other systems can be supplied diesel driven if required to cope with "black" or "dead" start situations.
Control and general service air Whatever the requirements, CompAir can supply a system to suit from our range of reciprocating, rotary screw and rotary vane compressors which can be supplied as air or water cooled, lubricated or oil-free packages
Inert gas blanketing and generation Where inert gasses are required to safeguard flammable bulk cargoes it is usual to fill the unused space in the storage tank with an inert gas - usually Nitrogen, CompAir can supply a range of highly specific Nitrogen generators, boosters and storage vessels to enable easy Nitrogen blanketing.
Marine Compressors
Seismic surveying In instances where seismic air is required for underwater geological surveys, CompAir's solutions provide high pressure air to create the requisite shock levels for measurement and mapping purposes. Motion compensation Drill string compensators comprise of a number of compression loaded hydraulic pneumatic cylinders that are supplied with high pressure air or Nitrogen. As the platform or vessel moves the compensator allows for the drill hook to remain in a fixed position relative to the sea bed. The CompAir four stage water cooled compressor has become the industry standard for this gruelling application. Buoyancy control Where water needs to be evacuated from submerged buoyancy tanks, CompAir has the compressor solution for the duty. Naval defence Many of the worlds Navies use air compression packages supplied by CompAir. They are an integral part of weapons and submarine ballast systems, as well as the other on board pneumatic systems, general service air and breathing air
Condensate drains
The CompAir solution is a range of electronic level sensing drains that detect and drain only when condensate is present.

Air filters
CompAir's wide range of compressed air filters remove oil, water and dirt particles. To meet varying requirements CompAir filters are available in five filtration grades; Grade A - Pre filtration, Grade B - High efficiency general purpose protection, Grade C - High efficiency oil free protection, Grade D - Activated carbon filtration, Grade E - General purpose dust filtration.

Motor Challenge Programme CompAir has become one of the first organisations to be accepted as an Endorser of a new European Commission initiative designed to promote the use of energy efficient motor driven systems across a wide spectrum of European industry. The Motor Challenge Programme (MCP), launched in February 2003, is part of a European voluntary programme to reduce CO2 emissions cost effectively, helping to improve the economic competitiveness of European countries. The key areas it focuses on are electric drives, compressed air, and fan and pump systems. Organisations across Europe have been invited to participate in the programme either as Partners or Endorsers. Partners to the scheme make a voluntary commitment to improve their energy efficiency performance in the specific area of motor driven systems, whilst Endorsers will play a key role in ensuring that an infrastructure of support is in place to assist them through the process. In its role as an Endorser, CompAir has committed to promote the Motor Challenge Programme (MCP) both within CompAir and within its associated organisations in the compressed air industry as well as to existing and potential customers. One element of this promotional plan is the provision of training for sales companies and main distributors on the MCP Compressed Air Systems Module, a document that defines the path a Partner company has to follow.
The Motor Challenge Programme is a European Commission voluntary programme (launched in February 2003) through which industrial companies are aided in improving the energy efficiency of their Motor Driven Systems. Any enterprise or organisation planning to contribute to the Motor Challenge Programme objectives can participate. Companies that use Motor Driven Systems can request "Partner" status. Through the Motor Challenge, they will receive: aid in defining and carrying out an Action Plan, to reduce energy related operating expenses, while maintaining or improving reliability and quality of service; public recognition for their contribution to achieving the objectives of the European Union's energy and environmental policies. The following European associations support the Motor Challenge Programme European Copper Institute Europump Eurovent-Cecomaf Pneurop Cemep New Report on Energy Efficient Motor Driven Systems (see hard copy))
A wide variety of users rely on CompAir C series compressors when there is a demand for portable compressed air. Pressures range, depending on the model, from 7 to 24 bar g (100 to 350 psig). With a range comprising of nearly 50 models there is a model to suit any application, from the smallest single axle model, powering a couple of pneumatic tools through to the powerful twin axle models with the unique turntable steering.

AirWorx has been developed as a service package based on CompAir skills, technology and hardware. AirWorx enables major users of compressed air to save money, meet energy reduction targets, reduce capital investment in plant and maybe most importantly stop worrying about compressed air. You simply purchase the compressed air you need from CompAir.
In order to allow both parties to understand the present performance of the supply side as well as the distribution network, we strongly suggest that system measurements are performed. This is an important part of the AirWorx approach and we call it an AirWorx AirAudit. By signing up for an AirAudit, your company does not commit to anything further, other than working together towards an optimum AirWorx proposal. For further information email airworx@CompAir.com
