After mixing & molding the dough sheet is transferred to well mix & the dough is prepared. Around 30 kgs of dough is prepared per minute.

After mixing the dough is shifted to the Die-Rolls for molding into dough sheets.

Then cutting takes place

12,000 biscuits can be molded in one minute.

After mixing and molding, the dough sheet is transferred to the oven, which is 260 feet long. The temperature inside the oven is 340 degrees centigrade and there are 250 burners inside the ovens. The biscuits take around 3 minutes & 20 seconds to bake. This oven is Asias largest baking oven.

After baking, the biscuits are transferred to the packaging dept on rollers.

This process takes place around 5 minutes, which enables the biscuits to cool.

The entire process is fully automatic & can pack 150190 packets per minute. The packaging machine is called MULTI PACK GRAPHIC MACHINE. The machine can count 17 biscuits per seconds. Another machine is called as CCP NO.2 is a metal detector to detect metal traces in biscuits before packaging.

Flour sifter : This equipment makes hygienic biscuits. The two models offer an output of 1500 and 3000 kg per hour . The machines are noiseless and are fully covered for operator's safety. Fitted with an inbuilt control panel, these are easy to maintain & are required for wheat flour to remove all foreign particles from flour. Available in two models, these machines are necessary for making high quality biscuits.

Sugar grinder : These machines perform the operation of grinding granular sugar into powder sugar for use in biscuit production. Made from Stainless Steel, these are dust proof. There are two optional models viz., rotary pin mill type and hammer mill type. These machines come with an unbreakable beater with steel body. These machines offer an output of 125 kg to 1500 kg per hour and are available in mesh ranging from 60 to 100 mesh.

Cream mixer : Cream mixers are used to make cream by mixing various ingredients such as the vegetable oil, sugar powder, eggs, milk, flavors & colors. Extremely useful for small bakeries, these ensure hi-speed fly proof mixing. Capacity varies between 15 kg to 100 kg per batch.

Gauge roll unit: This unit is required to reduce the thickness of Dough Sheet in stages. These machines are controlled with user friendly interface through display. With 2 or 3 sets of mirror finish adjustable, chilled iron gauge rolls, these are machines come with independent speed control along with Teflon flanges for hygienic production.

Baking oven: These machines are fitted with tube radiators for better heating. They provide efficient insulation with LRB/Mineral wool up to 250 mm thickness and minimize heat loss through chambers. The thermal inertia of the oven is minimized through careful choice of materials including stainless steel combustion chamber, to ensure baking temperatures are achieved in minimum time.

Post baking equipment: Post baking equipment comprise of unit machines and conveyors that serve various functions such as transfer of biscuits, oil spraying on biscuits, cooling or stacking of baked biscuits. These equipments are attached to the out feed of the oven and process the biscuits till the time they are ready for wrapping.

Biscuit stacking unit: These machines are used to vertically stack biscuits on the guidelines of the packaging table. The latest and improved design of this machine prevents biscuits from falling onto the floor and also breakages. Fitted with a separate geared motor with AC variable frequency drive and nylon rotary brush, this machine needs no human operator. The speed of feeding canvas and stacker can be adjusted for smooth, uninterrupted and continuous stacking.

Biscuit packing machine: Packing machines are used to transport stacked rows of biscuits up to the wrapping machines. These are driven by a separate geared motor and AC variable frequency drive (VFD). It is easy to clean and thus helps in maintaining hygienic conditions.
