Objective:
The tender evaluation is a very important and critical exercise. The objective of this exercise is to ensure that the tenders are received in proper format, they are scrutinized, evaluated, negotiated and decided by the competent authority in accordance with manual provisions, govt. instructions and delegated financial power prescribed by the department from time to time.
