Detail study on the issue remains pending.

REGISTERING REAL ESTATE AGENTS: User restriction will be done on creating real estate agents to accommodate the approval hierarchy. User initiated program will determine the commission payable for the particular agents Commission payable calculated by the report will include performance incentives for the agent and type of property being handled CAPTURING AND USING CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Customer database and contact information will be maintained in the system. Waiting list against every property will be maintained, triggered whenever a lease/sale agreement gets broken. Payment follow up and EMI definition is tracked through AR, Invoice will be auto generated for sales/lease agreements.
