MASS COMMUNICATION--- Message sent to large people eg. Newspaper VERBAL COMMUNICATION Oral or written communication NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION wordless message- gestures, signs, pictures, facial expressions METACOMMUNICATION Speakers choice of words- something more than what the actual words state.
