    Example: Say, a company shuffles its staff among its 4 office locations often. Instead of entering information about manager, telephone, webpage, and address of new office whenever an employee is shifted, you can autopopulate them using templates and modification rules.

    Create a template as shown here and apply it while modifying user account. As you type the user's office, the corresponding phone number, manager name & address will autopopulate.

    Workflow, which specifies to whom a request (to perform AD operation) should be routed to for an approval, has been improved. Requester, the one who initiates an AD task request, can be taken from AD, or his role can be defined in the product. A repository of all requests initiated and completed is maintained for IT compliance record keeping. A neat UI is available to manage them.
