Nowadays Manipulating with manual system is being converted to Automation system.
Automated system devote to make a better effiecncy and effective work to be achieved. Banking systems are alarmingly increasing their work with the information technology findings.

Our system is devoted to:

Automated and report browsing system for networked branches of Abyssinia bank

Networked banking System is a system devoted to interconnect with its branch banks.

Statement of the problem

Operational and working procedures are done manually, which leads to the following problems:

Prone to errors. Exact database reports are not processed on time. Time consuming and costy. Less Database security. Extensive manpower. Difficulty to get timely information.

Scope
This project focuses only on Abyssinia Banking system to:

Automate Deposit, Withdrawal and Money transfer between branches. View the balance of the customer on the website of the bank.

Objectives

To automate the existing system. To make the branches networked.

To develop a report browsing system.

Significance of the project

Our project could be applied to the real business situation especially for Abyssinia Bank.

Reduce manpower, save time and money.

Display exact database reports.

Easy to control database and secure the system. To help the Bank and customers communication run smoothly.

Our project work is conducted by using the following methods:

Object oriented analysis:
By using UML modeling technique which simplifies the analysis phase that incorporates sub system models.

Object oriented design:

During designing the system we used a Visio tool.

System Development
The different programming language that we used are: visual basic, Microsoft SQL and HTML etc,

Unit test Integration test

Function of the project

The system automatically gives:

Account number Password i.e. used to browse Transfer code

Simplified Money transfer through unique code i.e. customer, Branch.

The system Prepares Receipt.
