ORDER OF ADJECTIVES

GROUP 6

Introduction
In English, it is common to use more than one adjective before a noun -- for example, "He's a silly young fool," or "she's a smart, energetic woman. When you use more than one adjective, you have to put them in the right order, according to type.

The order usually go from the first to the last. The last group will occupy the closest place to the nouns. Modifier closest to the nouns has the closest association with the used noun.

Modifier closest to the nouns has the closest association with the used noun. E. g. two excellent public tennis courts. The word tennis is more connected to the meaning, while excellent have no distinct connection.
