Shelter Isolation / Water Test Procedure:

Arrange
3-4 pieces of polythine (plastic) Sheets, Sika Flex, Scraper, knife, wiper, Rivets, Riveter, Drill machine and rags (cloths). Spread over these sheets on M/Waves, Rectifiers and BSC/BTS Cabinets. Then put the water between shelter roof and top most sheet of the roof. Take snaps. Observe inner side of the shelter near about half an hour. If water leakage in the shelter roof, then takes the following actions, otherwise remove the water from the roof with the help of wiper and remove the plastic sheets from the equipments.

Shelter Isolation / Water Test Procedure:

If shelter is not weather proof, then take following activities:
1- Remove the upper most sheets of the roof with the help of drill machine. 2- Then remove the rods (Beams) which are used for supporting these sheets with the help of drill machine. 3- Clean and dry the upper side of the roof with the help of wiper and rags. 4- Remove all old sika flex/silicon from the joints with the help of knife/scraper from the roof and clean the joints. 5- Take pictures of the damaged roof. 6-Fill / spread new sika flex on each joint of the shelter with the help of scraper and also use Gloves and Goggles for safety. 7- Again placed the supporting rods (Beams) for sheets on their places and fix them with rivets. 8- Then place all upper most sheets of the roof on their own places and fix them with rivets with the help of riveter. 9- At the end take the snaps of original shelter roof after the activities. 10- Then remove the plastic (polythine) sheets from M/Waves, Rectifiers and BSC/BTS Cabinets.
