Cheating in building construction

Introduction :The structure in general contains many elements

And everyone of them has an important role In the
Structure.
If one of them wasnt built in the right way it will affect
the building in future and may cause a disaster
so we should control all the operations step by step to
be sure there are no irregularities.

Who is responsible ?
1- the owner of the project

2- supervisor of the project

3- workers

The owner of the project
sometimes the most important goal to the owner is to get high
quality of benefits and low costs so may be this effect on the

personal benefits can play a role in the project to get
