Hire Steve Best district to hire an Afro American as the growth is declining for the past 15 years. Prejudiced customer can be won over. Company can project itself as a secular organization . Steve should learn from the career of African Americans employees who succeeded at the firm. Unconditional support from Cynthia at the beginning of career. Dont Hire Steve Loose the already existing customers. Profit will further go down. Quit Company Join another company which has a secular work environment and select Steve there.
