TIPS ON HOW TO SCORE SECTION A
Read the instruction.

Look at the stimulus.

Do the circling and labelling. Read the notes given. Identify nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, etc.

Construct 5 sentences.

Sentence Types
An attempt should be made to construct a variety of sentence types. Simple Sentence Compound Sentence

(Combination of two sentences using conjunctions F.A.N.B.O.Y.S.)

(Independent Clause + Dependent Clause)

Make lines into the boxes if there arent any and make sure there are 10 lines for 10 blanks. (1 blank for 1 mark) Transfer information correctly into the boxes given. (Item by item) Eliminate the transferred information in the advertisement to avoid repetition.
