absorbs things around us that our conscious cant take in stores feelings and hopes that we may not be aware of tells us when we are overdoing things

Plenty of sleep Exercise at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes Listen to your body Talk to those who know you and may know your subconscious better than you

Psychology professors, Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough asked one group of research participants to keep a journal of the things for which they were thankful each day; the other group wrote about neutral subjects or their daily worries 10 weeks later the blessing counters exercised more, reported fewer illnesses, were more optimistic and felt better about their lives in general; they were more likely to offer help to others whilst having more enthusiasm, determination and energy for their own goals.
