Findings
It has been found that; Work environment is motivating
because 54.76% & 38.10% of employees agreed & strongly agreed respectively. Employees are also satisfied with the working condition provided by the company. Majority of the Employees are agreed & strongly agreed that all the department co operate with each other & also they feel themselves free to give comments & suggestion. Most of Employees felt that they have adequate amount of infrastructure & fringe benefits provided by the company. Company is Providing satisfactory salary according to their work & Treated with Respect.

It has been found that; majority of employees are agreed &
strongly agrees that they dont find any difficulty in getting leave sanctioned. Work pressure is eventually distribute, gives priority to the health and safety, get guidance and support of superiors whenever required. Employee Share Experience to Each Other, they are free to perform their Duties; Goals & Task are clearly defined for Increasing Productivity. Employee feels that recognition motivates them most, proper Training Improves Of Productivity Company as well employees & communication flow is satisfactory. Company is Providing satisfactory salary according to their work & Treated with Respect.
SUGGESSTIONS
Company can organize gettogathers for the employees on
more frequent occasions which would help them to know each other more on personal front and would also help to create a friendly work atmosphere. Company should establish more clear career development systems which should be regularly discussed with concerned employees. Efforts could be put to help the employees to satisfy their esteem needs. Company can introduce Gift vouchers for the top performers in the department, for giving an innovative idea for solving problems; this will be cost saving, time saving and is beneficial to the organization.

Observation: Less staff in hr department so work load is high which keeps
staff busy . Had some bad experience of Tele-calling as well. Some times Workers were not using safety tools. West of food. Some of employees were not Cooperative.
