Formats of Group Discussion

Case Study - discussion to reach consensus
British American Tobacco - A co did not do well on an anti-dandruff shampoo Bronzo in the last 2 years. A new product super-bronzo has been developed.
Super-bronzo is also anti-dandruff, and it out-performs Bronzo in terms of silkiness, smell..etc. but 10 complaints in 100 trials (compare to 2or 3 of the marketleader and Bronzo) were made about greasiness or itches. But specialists believe that those effects are not harmful. if the problems were to solve, its better smell and silkiness will be diluted. Then the new product may become another bronzo. Should the co launch the new shampoo?
