1. Misbun Sidek
. Biography Dato' Mohmed Misbun Sidek Born on February 17, 1960 in Kanchong Darat, Banting, Selangor . He is the eldest of the famous six Sidek brothers, all of whom were actively involved in international badminton scene. International Career Won his first title on the international circuit at the 1981 German Open. Swedish Open,1982. Swedish Open,German Open,Canadian Open,1983. Malysia Open,1985. Chinese Taipei Open,Singapore Open,1987. Silver medal at the SEA Games. Malaysia's Sportsman of the Year, a feat he repeated two years later.

Yap Kim Hock Biography

Born on 2 July 1972 at Muar, Johor. Specialized in men's doubles. During early in his playing days, he partnered Tan Kim Her and formed a stable pair in international tournaments. International Career

In 1995 , after his partner and a few others doubles player left the BAM for a professional club formed by the legendary Sidek brothers. Which left are Cheah Soon Kit and Yap Kim Hock without a partner. That's where both of them began their legacy winning numerous international titles, when they were paired up together. Yap Kim Hock and Cheah Soon Kit was the first Olympic silver medallist for Malaysia.
Retirement and Coaching

After he retires from playing, he was the head coach for Malaysia for few years. Now he is the head coach for national junior squad which he produces world junior champion for the past 3 years consecutive in the boy's doubles event.

Rashid Sidek Biography Born on July 8, 1968 in Banting, Selangor. Rashid Sidek is the alumnus of Victoria Institution (batch 19811985). International Career Rashid became the youngest player to win the National Junior Badminton Championship at age of 12. He stamped his mark when he won the national under-18 title in 1984 by defeating Kwan Yoke Meng at age of 15. Commonwealth Games,1990&1994. Thomas Cup,1992. Lee Wan Wah Biography

In October 2008, Lee left Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM). Established a company, Pioneer Sdn Bhd, with fellow badminton players Wong Choong Hann, Chan Chong Ming, and Chew Choon Eng, Coach young badminton players in Kota Damansara and Bandar Mahkota Cheras.

Wong Choong Hann Biography

Born on February 17, 1977 in Kuala Lumpur. He currently resides in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. International Career

Wong Choong Hann's career began with the 1991 Malaysia Open. The first tournament he won was the 1997 Dutch Open. Manages his badminton hall. More focused on academies and grooming youngsters at the grass root level. As for coaching the national team, it could happen but not at the moment.

Muhammad Hafiz Hashim Biography

Born on September 13, 1982 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. He studied at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sultan Ismail(1) before transferring to Kuala Lumpur. He transferred back to Kelantan and studied in Sultan Ismail College. International Career

One of the highlight would be the 2002 Thomas Cup Semi Final match against China. He played in the second singles against Bao Chun Lai, then the World Junior Champion and much established player than he is. Koo Kien Keat Biography

Born on September 18, 1985 in Ipoh, Perak. Besides being a men's doubles player, he also represents Malaysia in the mixed doubles event. He played in the Thomas Cup 2004 with Chan Chong Ming. His current doubles partner is Tan Boon Heong, and together, in 2010, they became the number 1 ranked men's doubles team in the world. International Career

In 2010, they won their first title of the year in their home, Malaysia, as the world number 1 pair. Wong Mew Choo Biography

Born on May 1, 1983. She is known for her exceptional endurance and stamina, the result of training alongside male shuttlers. International Career

She first came to prominence in the 2003 Southeast Asian Games badminton women's singles, when she won the gold medal, along the way beating Singapore's Li Li, then the reigning Commonwealth Games Champion. The year 2007 was Wong Mew Choo's best year. She started by reaching the finals of the Proton Malaysia Super Series, defeating big names like Pi Hongyan and Xu Huaiwen on her way. Her biggest win was at the 2007 World Badminton Championships third round, where she shocked China's Xie Xingfang in straight sets to become the first Malaysian women's singles player to reach the quarter-finals of the 2007 World Badminton Championships in Kuala Lumpur.
