WORK OF F&A SECTION


F&A section working under the supervision of

DS (Admn-II) is responsible for coordinating the working


regarding the DAC & PAC matters. F & A section keeps the record of all the Audit Report on the accounts of the Ministry and its attached department.

F&A section is assigned the responsibility of conducting internal audit of the Ministry and its attached department.

AUDIT REPORTs
There are 4 types of Audit Reports issued by 4 different Authorities namely FEDERAL AUDIT , COMMERCIAL AUDIT, FOREIGN

AUDIT and AGPR

Internal Audit
Under Rule 88 of General Financial Rule I, the administrative authority is ultimately responsible for watching the progress of

expenditure on public service under its control and for keeping the
expenditure within the grant.

F&A Section is responsible to carry out the internal audit of Main Ministry and its attached departments in light of the above Rule.

An AMIS system has been developed in co-ordination of F&A and IT Section AMIS is at implementation and de-bugging stage. AMIS is accessible at Five tiers i.e. Secretary Commerce, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secrertary and F& A Section
