It examines poor managerial skill as a negative impact in an organization, firm, even in countries and its catastrophes. This paper views poor management skill as a universal problem and studies its solutions and cures. It highlights the importance of effective management

The population regards this paper looks at managers, CEO, and leaders holding position of autonomy and regardless of that, are inadequate to perform their functions as a result of R.M.S. Also firms will be examined, likewise staffs.
