First of all, What is Success??

1.A level of status 2.Achievement of a goal 3.Feeling of doing something great

But the exact definition of success varies from individual to individual

What defines Success

1.Something different 2.The X-factor 3.Out of the box

Definition of Academic Qualification

Academic qualifications are the degrees, diplomas, certificates, professional titles and so forth that an individual has acquired whether by full-time study, part-time study or private study, whether conferred in the home country or abroad, and whether conferred by educational authorities, special examining bodies or professional bodies.

Why we have to emphasize on education?

1.To improves Management qualities 2.To helps in improving your personality 3.To improves your communication qualities 4.To improves in handling of clients in your profession

So then what should we do..???

1.Education, a necessity in our life 2.Am I contradicting? 3.Just showing its importance..

But why should we give importance to it???.....

1.Today there are a lot of exceptional people 2.A lot of competition 3.Nobody looks up to a new idea from a new face easily

These were a few examples from the past who without having proper formal education or going to school were successful in their fields

Example to prove success is just not based on Academic Qualification

1.Not much proper education 2.Just a normal village girl 3. She got a talent, intelligent and effort 4.Successful in the terms that he has at least made people aware that what a common woman do if she starts, take an initiative to do something.

If you are exceptional at something,why do you need to get educated?

1.One May be Good at something, but still needs to be a regular learner so as to improve himself 2.He needs to be in competition to know his own reality, that where he stands 3.To avoid any sort of over-confidence

Why qualification does not ensure you a successful career?

1.These days everybody needs something different, not the same old qualifications 2.Everybody can have the same sort of knowledge 3.Anyone can get marks, grades of same standard

So what can we do???

1.Be different in your thinking, that differenciates you from others 2.Discover the area in which you are exceptional 3.Be confident and original 4.Know your weaknesses and strengths and believe in yourself 5.And most importantly listen to your heart

1. If you are exceptional at one thing, why do you need to get educated? 2.Why we are emphasizing on education , despite being against the mentioned topic 3.While we have to advocate for education. Education is just like toppings on your most loved pizza But it wont ttaste the same pizza without the cheese.
