consult the OWL and try to complete a citation for at least one of your articles. Do your best, and we will look at your citation formatting in class on Friday.

EXAMPLE ANNOTATION

Summarizing
An annotation is a summary/evaluation of a source in brief paragraph form.

What are the main arguments?

Whats the point of this book or article? What topics are covered?

If someone asked what this book/article is about, what would you say?
What did you find most interesting about the article? Why?

Texts in Dialogue
Now that you have worked on your summaries, pretend that the authors of your articles are all in the same room. What would they say to each other? How would they share their ideas? Would they agree with each other? Disagree?
