Two Level Strategy For the Development of Meridian
Stage One
Acquire small scale operating or mothballed gold or copper mine to provide a cash flow before the end of 2009 Develop shareholder base, increase liquidity and drive share price based upon increased news flow and operational focus Build a portfolio of gold and copper projects from distressed asset sales Fund exploration utilising cash flow from operation
Stage Two
Acquire medium scale gold or copper project at Scoping or Feasibility Study Stage Put project in to production within 2 years of acquisition Undertake synergistic acquisitions or mergers
Goals
Short Term
Acquire operating or mothballed gold or copper project Finance acquisition through equity Generate positive cash flow within 12 months Maintain tight capital structure in order to maximize capital growth for shareholders Significantly outperform the All Ords
Long Term
Acquire medium size gold or copper project at Scoping Study or Pre-Feasibility stage and capture upside in project through growing the defined resource base Grow a focused project and exploration portfolio around project Build a medium size mining company
